一 同二年（戌年）二月、家督として御知行二百五十石を相違なく
下し置かれた事
一 同年六月、頭の一瀬監物が御役御免を成されたため、跡
役として菅野権兵衛組に移った事
一 元文四年（未年）二月、宇兵衛と改名したい旨を
願い出た事
一 延享二年（丑年）八月、武芸を極めた者たちと一同に怠らず
出精した段を仰せ出された事
一 同三年（寅年）十月、九郎右衛門と改名したい旨を

一 同四年（卯年）二月、最寄りの都合により立石宇兵衛の
