現代語訳
一 同年三月、願いの通り息子の金吾が御番代を仰せ付けられた事
一 同十二年（午年）三月、息子の金吾が去年中から病気を患い、当時出勤が難しい状態に見受けられるが、私の病気は快方に向かっているので出勤したい旨を願い出た事
一 同年十月、金山奉行を仰せ付けられた事
一 同十三年（未年）正月、息子の金吾が病気のため退嫡したい旨を願い出た事
一 同年四月、倉沢伝右衛門の息子金平を婿養子にしたい旨を願い出た事
一 明和元年（申年）五月、蠟漆木上役を兼務するよう仰せ付けられた事
一 同年十月、御蔵入郡奉行を仰せ付けられ、御役料五十石を下し置かれた
ただし後任が仰せ付けられるまでは、金山奉行並びに蝋漆木上役兼務ともに、これまで通り勤めるべき旨を仰せ聞かされた事
一 同年十二月、席を町奉行の次、郡奉行の上に仰せ付けられた事
一 同二年（酉年）十月、御勘定御用として江戸表へ赴いた
