一 同四年（辰年）二月、病気に罹っており、御城の御番を長期間勤めることができない旨を恐れ入って申し上げ、これにより小普請料を差し上げて、ゆっくりと養生したい旨を願い出て許可された事
一 同七年（未年）正月、病気が全快したので出勤したい旨を願い出て許可された事
一 同八年（申年）三月、御家老附二番組へ組替えを仰せ付けられた事、宇兵衛と改名したい旨を願い出て許可された事
一 同年十二月、間武松太郎方から間武君太郎方への返金の件について、大管院・大観院が取り計らったが解決せず、内の息子弥市郎が仲裁して取り計らう趣旨を申し聞かせ、大観院方から金子を改めて取り置いたところ、母の大病のため療治に引き続き相用いた段、不似合いな処し方であったが、不相弁で罷り在り、兼ねてからの教誡をおろそかにしたと相聞こえる、共に不念であるので蟄居を仰せ付けられた事
一 同七年（卯年）七月五日の夜、大谷伝内の揚座敷を忍び出て寝込みに忍び入り手傷を負わせて立ち退いたところ、その手傷により死去したので、御知行二百五十石を召し上げられた事
