勿論名主庄屋なと風儀あしく候ハヽ早々

一 御年貢収納之儀を始其外村々江家来指廻
候儀随分数すくなく可成程者家来指遣し

一 御年貢納方之儀百姓ニ得心致させ定免ニ相極
候様ニ連々以可被申付事
但只今迄高免下免地面不相応之所者連々

右相済越前者所悪敷候得者定免之儀早速者難
被成趣御達被成候処連々以可被仰付旨且又公事
現代語訳
もちろん名主・庄屋などで風儀が悪い場合は、早々に交代させるよう申し付けること。
一、御年貢収納の件をはじめ、その他村々へ家来を派遣する件は、できる限り人数を少なくし、できるだけ家来を派遣しないよう心得るべきこと。また御領所筋に配置している家来もこれまた人数を少なく申し付けること。
一、御年貢納入方法の件は、百姓に納得させて定免に決定するよう、継続して申し付けること。
ただし今まで高免・下免で土地に不相応な所は、継続して直すよう申し付けること。
一、公事訴訟の裁許を申し付ける件で、格別の件は勘定所へ報告すべきであるが、大概の件は手前で申し付けて良い。
ただし右のどの程度までは手前で申し付けて良いかという件、および御預所に配置している家来の員数の件は、追って連絡すること。

右が済んで、越前は所柄が悪いので定免の件は早速には難しい旨を連絡されたところ、継続して仰せ付けられる旨、かつまた公事
