相守急度替済可仕若定之時節相定難渋仕候ハヽ

一 組頭ハ諸用之儀油断なく相勤者其組下之郷村万
事心を附惣百姓道々仕置相守候様ニ精々可念入若
組下ニ対して私曲をかまへ依怙贔屓仕候ハヽ僉議
之上急度曲事ニ可申付事
一 庄屋幷長百姓ハ諸用之儀不滞様ニ精に入其村々
惣百姓年中耕作之時節をたかへす油断なく
精出し身を持立候様ニ心を付へし身持無沙汰なる
者共にハ意見を加へ引立候様可仕若小百姓に対し
て非道なる儀有之候ハヽ僉議之上急度曲事ニ

一 五人組ハ組合之内常々万事助合農業所作を
はけみ年貢等精出し納所可仕組合之内所作を
不精に仕身持心さし悪敷納所油断仕者あらハ
現代語訳
これを守り、必ず期限通りに完済すること。もし定められた期限に支払いが困難な場合は、催促を受けてその工面に苦労し、ますます困窮することになるので、催促を受ける前に精を出して完済すること。
付記
納付先への完済を済ませる前に、金銀米銭を自分のために使い込んではならないこと。
一、組頭は諸用の件について怠りなく務めを果たし、その組下の郷村の万事に気を配り、総百姓が道理にかなった統治を守るよう、精々注意を払うこと。もし組下に対して私的な謀略を企て、えこひいきをするならば、評議の上、必ず処罰すること。
一、庄屋及び長百姓は諸用の件が滞りなく進むよう精を入れ、その村々の総百姓が年中農作業の時節を違えず、怠りなく精を出し、身を立てるよう気を付けること。身持ちが怠慢な者どもには意見を加え、指導するようにすること。もし小百姓に対して非道な行いがあるならば、評議の上、必ず処罰すること。
一、五人組は組合の中で常々万事助け合い、農業作業に励み、年貢等を精を出して納付すること。組合の中で作業を怠り、身持ちや心がけが悪く、納付を怠る者がいれば
