一享保四亥五月松岡出火之節御先物頭被遣候御手配留有之
一同十二未十二月府中本多大蔵方作事長屋焼失ニ付遠慮伺候儀遠慮伺候条出之
一同十五戌三月廿三日三国大火之書付大数を以金津奉行井上半太夫ゟ相達候ニ付郡奉行同様追而人別書ニ而可被相達
儀と存候段申越候処二三十軒斗之事ニ候て人別改之書付も被相調候得共ケ様之大火ニハ左様ニハ難成候旨申越候
右ハ江戸表ニおゐて御達も可有之儀ニ付江戸表内役へも書付相廻候
一同年七月七日三国火事候段井上半太夫ゟ申来候ニ付御目付海福瀬左衛門《割書：月番也｜未席也》罷越候様御家老中被申聞

一元文元辰三月五日三国表へ公儀御廻米有之右御米舟積相済候迄火消為御用去春之通御先物頭壱人差越候付ニ連々
委細留有六月十二日罷帰候様申遣引取但当年ハ御先物頭十日代りニ而罷越候事
一同二巳四月十一日御預所御廻米未た着船無之岩崎蔵々ニ納余り候御米町蔵ニも納置候由仍之先年之通為火消御先物頭壱人

現代語訳
一、安永十年丑三月十一日、勝山大火について御見舞いの御使者として御使番松原四郎兵衛を派遣した。
一、享保四年亥五月、松岡出火の節に御先物頭を派遣した際の御手配の記録がある。
一、同十二年未十二月、府中本多大蔵方の作事長屋焼失について遠慮伺いの件で遠慮伺い条が出された。
一、同十五年戌三月二十三日、三国大火の書付について、大まかな数で金津奉行井上半太夫から連絡があったため、郡奉行と同様に追って人別書で連絡すべきであると思う旨を申し越したところ、二三十軒ほどの事であれば人別改めの書付も作成できるが、このような大火ではそのようには難しい旨を申し越してきた。右は江戸表においても御達しがあるべき件のため、江戸表内役へも書付を回した。
一、同年七月七日、三国火事があった旨を井上半太夫から申してきたため、御目付海福瀬左衛門（月番であり、末席である）が出張するよう御家老中が申し聞かせた。御本丸から帰参し、九時前に出立、八時半に三国へ出張して一宿し、翌日帰参した。
一、同二十年卯三月晦日から閏三月朔日にかけて三国大火があり、御預所の御米蔵が類焼したため、預所奉行をはじめとして出張した。もちろん表御目付組も両人を見分として派遣した。その後も物騒な様子のため、公儀御廻米の舟積みが済むまで御先物頭一人を出張させるよう閏三月十四日に仰せ付けられた。それについて御先物頭からの願い出等があり、その外の取り扱いが続々とあり、同二十五日に御先物頭を引き取らせるよう仰せ付けられた。詳細な記録がある。
一、元文元年辰三月五日、三国表へ公儀御廻米があり、右の御米の舟積みが済むまで火消しのために去春の通り御先物頭一人を派遣した件について、詳細な記録が続々とある。六月十二日に帰参するよう申し遣わし引き取らせた。ただし当年は御先物頭が十日交代で出張した。
一、同二年巳四月十一日、御預所御廻米がまだ着船せず、岩崎蔵々に納め余っている御米を町蔵にも納め置いているとのことなので、先年の通り火消しのため御先物頭一人ずつを派遣することになった。前の通り申し談じて勤めるべきで、もちろん両度の次第で早速出張すべき旨を御先物頭水野藤兵衛へ狛杢方の宅において申し渡した。
一、同年五月二日、丸岡大火について組の者を派遣して聞き合わせた。
【朱書き】一、文政五年壬午年三月五日、大野表大火について同七日に火元附組の者両人を派遣したところ、同十日に帰参し書付をもって申し聞いた。ただし総家数七百六軒ほど、土蔵二十一ヶ所ほどが焼失した旨。付け加えて、右の組の者が喧嘩で刺された件。
