一類焼間もなく又々類焼相借年賦之儀組町火事之部ニ出之 中根新左衛門組
一御出先火事其外非常之節御目付罷越候儀御出殿之部ニ出之
一夜中火事之節太鼓御門へ当番之面々之家来入候儀文化七午四月改而被仰出太鼓御門之部ニ出之
一享和元酉年火事相借之例左之通
一銀四百匁 但此節両替六拾五匁 百五十石 加藤又右衛門
右ハ長屋塀潰シ本家之内柱伐部屋等も大破ニ付御定之半高相借如此
一銀弐百六拾七匁 但同断 百五拾石 加藤武太夫

現代語訳
一、類焼後間もなく再び類焼した場合の年賦借用の件は、組町火事の部に記載されている 中根新左衛門組
一、御出先での火事その他非常の際に御目付が出向く件は、御出殿の部に記載されている
一、夜中の火事の際に太鼓御門へ当番の面々の家来が入る件について、文化七年午年四月に改めて仰せ出され、太鼓御門の部に記載されている
一、享和元年酉年の火事借用の例は以下の通り
一、銀四百匁 ただしこの節の両替は六十五匁 百五十石 加藤又右衛門
右は長屋・塀が潰れ、本家の内柱・伐部屋等も大破したため、御定めの半高を借用したもの

This was for borrowing half the stipulated amount due to severe damage including collapse of longhouse and fence, and major damage to main house pillars and lumber rooms.

1. On the night of August 5th, Kansei 6, Year of the Tiger, there was a fire outbreak in Katsumi. To inquire about His Lordship's condition, [officials] went to the Audience Chamber, and from there proceeded directly to the Main Keep with the senior councilors leading. On that occasion, tall lanterns (two) were brought to the front of the ceremonial entrance at the Main Keep, and to the middle entrance at the Audience Chamber.
Additionally, tall lanterns (two) were brought to the foot soldier detention area.

1. During the great fire on February 26th, Kyōwa 1, Year of the Rooster, Matsubara Shirōbei was serving duty at the Checkpoint Gate when Reserve Commander Yukiyama Jūemon was to take over the duty. However, since Shirōbei's residence was affected by the fire spread, Hikiki Ichirōzaemon immediately took over the overnight guard duty.
1. Regarding those who showed diligence during this incident, recommendations for commendation were made for Takachi and others on March 14th.
