作事奉行相達候趣共先例之通遂吟味夫々取扱候其段御家老中へ相達之右御門切手
先格ニ准シ吟味之上相認指出之
但右御門断一件之儀ハ御門所之部ニ出之
一九月十一日御本城橋御掛替出来候付明後十三日御用席通御家老中見分有之候間其段
夫々申達候様本多玄蕃方被申聞候依之右之趣御奉行御作事奉行御掃除奉行小普請方
御堀奉行御徒目付へ申聞組用人の儀ハ組小頭へ申付之
但御城代御留守居へハ御家老中ゟ直々被申越候由
一同十三日御本城橋御掛替出来ニ付今十三日御用席通御家老中見分有之相済
一同十七日松平源太郎左之通以手紙申聞候ニ付同役中令廻達且又御掃除奉行小普請方御堀奉行
江前々之通取扱候様相達之御徒目付召呼前々之趣を以申付組用人御橋内外へ御持筒足軽
押人并御本丸御玄関番御長柄之者等御留守年元日之通差出候様組小頭へ申付之
但御玄関前押御長柄之者等中仕切御門ゟ罷出候様申付尤中仕切御門へハ口上扣を以申付之

一享保十二未年六月廿五日大橋御普請有之ニ付御水主頭出火之節之儀相尋候ニ付大橋詰へ罷出急火之節ハ矢来之
封も切可入旨申聞御普請奉行へも咄置候留有之《割書：仮舟橋之所も往来之儀ニ候得共是又難見捨儀ニ候間｜兼而左様被相心得候様御水主頭中村八太夫へ申達候旨》
一元文四未年大橋御普請六月二日ゟ追々留有之
一文化四卯五月御作事奉行申聞候ハ先達而御掛合申候浅水往来橋御普請出来ニ付明廿日拙者
共見分之上明後日ゟ往来為附可申旨御家老中へ御達申候旨断申聞候
但此方取扱無之

現代語訳
作事奉行が申し達した件についても先例の通り検討を行い、それぞれ取り扱う。その件を御家老中へ報告し、右の御門切手についても先例に準じて検討の上、認めて提出する。
ただし右の御門断一件の件については御門所之部に記載する。
一、九月十一日、御本城橋の掛け替えが完了したため、明後日十三日に御用席を通り御家老中の見分があるので、その旨をそれぞれに申し達すよう本多玄蕃方から申し聞かされた。これにより右の趣旨を御奉行、御作事奉行、御掃除奉行、小普請方、御堀奉行、御徒目付へ申し聞かせ、組用人の件については組小頭へ申し付けた。
ただし御城代、御留守居へは御家老中から直々に申し越されたとのこと。
一、同十三日、御本城橋掛け替え完了により、今日十三日に御用席を通り御家老中の見分があり、済んだ。
一、同十七日、松平源太郎が左の通り手紙を以て申し聞かせたため、同役中に回達させ、また御掃除奉行、小普請方、御堀奉行へ従前の通り取り扱うよう申し達した。御徒目付を召び従前の趣旨を以て申し付け、組用人、御橋内外への御持筒足軽、押人並びに御本丸御玄関番、御長柄の者等を御留守年元日の通り差し出すよう組小頭へ申し付けた。
ただし御玄関前押、御長柄の者等は中仕切御門から出るよう申し付け、もっとも中仕切御門へは口上控を以て申し付けた。
御用人から来た手紙は左の通り
一、享保十二年未年六月二十五日、大橋普請があるため御水主頭に出火の節の件を尋ねたところ、大橋詰へ出向き、急火の節には矢来の封も切って入るべき旨を申し聞かせ、御普請奉行へも話しておいた記録がある。《割書：仮舟橋の所も往来の件であるが、これまた見捨て難い件であるので、兼ねてそのように心得ておくよう御水主頭中村八太夫へ申し達した旨》
一、元文四年未年、大橋御普請について六月二日から追々記録がある。
一、文化四年卯五月、御作事奉行が申し聞かせるには、先達て御掛合申した浅水往来橋御普請が完了したため、明日二十日に私共が見分の上、明後日から往来を付けるべき旨を御家老中へ御達し申す旨を断り申し聞かせた。
ただしこちらでの取り扱いはない。
一、文化九年申七月二十二日、御作事奉行が申し聞かせるには、中島白山堂際往来橋掛け替えにより御家老中へ御達し申し、明日二十三日から往来を止める旨を断り申し聞かせた。
ただし右の趣旨を道奉行吉田吉之丞へ口上控を以て申し達した。
一、文化三年寅二月十一日、山田藤内が申し聞かせるには、西之馬場御普請中に往来があっては差し支える筋もある趣で、往来を留めたい旨により、その件を御家老中へ伺ったところ、勝手次第に留めるよう申し聞かされたので、その件を藤内へ申し達した。

Regarding the matters reported by the Construction Magistrate, they shall be examined according to precedent and handled respectively. These matters shall be reported to the Senior Councilors, and the gate passes mentioned above shall also be examined according to precedent and submitted after approval.

1. In Genbun 4, Year of the Sheep, regarding Great Bridge construction, records exist progressively from the 2nd day of the 6th month.

In Bunka 4, Year of the Rabbit, 5th month, the Construction Magistrate reported that regarding the Asamizu passage bridge construction that was previously coordinated, as it was completed, after our inspection tomorrow on the 20th, passage would be opened from the day after tomorrow, and this was reported to the Senior Councilors.
However, there is no handling on our part.
1. On the 22nd day of the 7th month of Bunka 9, Year of the Monkey, the Construction Magistrate reported that due to the replacement of the passage bridge near Nakajima Hakusan Hall, this was reported to the Senior Councilors and passage would be stopped from tomorrow the 23rd.
However, this matter was communicated to Road Magistrate Yoshida Yoshinosuke through oral instructions.
1. On the 11th day of the 2nd month of Bunka 3, Year of the Tiger, Yamada Tōnai reported that during the construction of Nishi-no-Baba, if there was passage it would cause interference, so he wished to stop passage. When this matter was consulted with the Senior Councilors, he was told to stop it as convenient, so this was communicated to Tōnai.
