之絵形ハ御差略ニ相成申候尤表御右筆頭取衆へ相伺候処以前之御例も有之
外様もこと〳〵く絵形無之候間石垣土居等計ニ而可然旨御差図有之以来右
之通可相心得候事
一御門之扉立明出来兼候ニ付ひぢつぼへ油さし候様御番人共申達候共其通りニハ御作事方へハ申遣間敷矢張御
御門扉明立致兼候間吟味之上宜取扱有之候様申遣候へハ若油さし候而宜節ハ御作事ニ而内分ニさし候事
之由無左候へハ御門扉へさし候油とて御勘定所ゟハ渡り不申六ケ敷事之由寛政四子六月鉄御門扉之節如此
現代語訳
の絵形は御差略になった。もっとも表御右筆頭取衆へ相伺いしたところ、以前の御例もあり、外様も全く絵形がない間、石垣・土居等だけで良いとの御指図があって以来、右の通り心得るべき事である。
一、御門の扉の立て明けができかねるため、蝶番に油をさすよう御番人共が申し達したとしても、その通りには御作事方へは申し遣わすまじく、やはり御門扉の明け立てができかねる間、吟味の上よろしく取り扱いがあるよう申し遣わすべきである。もし油をさして良い節は御作事にて内分にさすことがあるとの由であるが、そうでなければ御門扉にさす油として御勘定所からは渡されない、難しいことであるとの由。寛政四年子六月、鉄御門扉の節このようであった。
