右ハ 屋敷奉行落合善兵衛高田孫左衛門申達候屋敷替有之節従先
規法式も有之侍共品々ニ御座候得ハ其品相極相違無之様ニ仕度旨先頃帳面を
以相伺候ニ付猶又各申談右之帳面目付中へも申聞少々引直し向後此趣を以屋敷吟味
引渡等可仕旨於御座所落合善兵衛へ右之帳面稲葉采女方被相渡候仍之向後
屋敷替之節御法も有之候間屋敷奉行へ承合互ニ無相違入替り候様ニ高知を始惣侍
中或ハ番頭支配人等へ寄々申聞候様

一寛延三午年屋敷奉行大関新五左衛門病気其上忌掛りニ而屋敷替之面々取扱難相
成旨申聞候ニ付其段御目付蟹江善右衛門本多民部方へ相伺候処御側物頭仲間申談
可相勤旨ニ付其段申達候留有之
一同四未年十月屋敷奉行中川惣右衛門御役替之節跡仮役御側物頭鈴木源兵衛へ芦田

提出すべきこと
一、与力屋敷の入れ替えは手続きをする必要がなく、頭中からの届け出を受けて屋敷帳に名前を付け替え置くべきこと
一、役人屋敷の入れ替えは奉行中から届け出がある次第、組の者共を指し遣わして相改め、明け屋敷の番にお長柄の者を勤めさせるべきこと
一、お徒屋敷は頭中から届け出がある次第、組の者共を差し遣わし、お徒小頭と一緒に立ち合い、建具や敷物等に不足がないか改める。もっとも張り紙や支配の儀は、お徒小頭が取り扱う。明け屋に拝領人がいるまでは、番人としてお長柄の者を勤めさせるべきである
但し、役人屋敷は番人を奉行中から支配し、お徒屋敷はお徒頭から申し付けるべきである。役人、お徒、お鷹匠、お料理人屋敷は絵図に及ばないこと
一、お鷹匠、お料理人屋敷の改めも屋敷奉行から相改め、番人はお長柄の者を勤めさせるべきこと
一、町屋敷を下された者があっても、改めの儀は屋敷奉行方からは構うに及ばないこと
右の条々は向後守るべきものである

右は屋敷奉行落合善兵衛、高田孫左衛門が申し達した。屋敷替えがある節は先規からの法式もあり、侍共の品々も御座候えば、その品を相極めて相違ないようにしたい旨、先頃帳面をもって相伺いしたところ、なお又各々申し談じ、右の帳面を目付中へも申し聞かせ、少々引き直し、向後この趣をもって屋敷吟味、引き渡し等を仕るべき旨、御座所において落合善兵衛へ右の帳面を稲葉采女方が相渡した。よって向後屋敷替えの節はお法もあるので、屋敷奉行へ承り合わせ、互いに相違なく入れ替わるよう、高知をはじめ総侍中、あるいは番頭、支配人等へ寄々申し聞かせるよう

一、寛延三午年、屋敷奉行大関新五左衛門が病気の上、忌み掛かりで屋敷替えの面々の取り扱いが難しい旨申し聞いたので、その段をお目付蟹江善右衛門が本多民部方へ相伺ったところ、お側物頭仲間で申し談じて勤めるべき旨により、その段を申し達した留めがある
一、同四未年十月、屋敷奉行中川惣右衛門のお役替えの節、跡の仮役をお側物頭鈴木源兵衛へ芦田図書方が申し渡した
一、屋敷奉行に故障の節、仮役を仰せ付けられる儀は諸仮役の部に出ている
一、享保十二未十一月十六日 加賀お先物頭井原丞助が屋敷奉行を仰せ付けられ、山本右衛門八屋敷へ替えを下されたので、この両人の屋敷入れ替えの節の改めの儀は、お側物頭岡半右衛門が相勤め、その余の屋敷替えにあったところ、この分は丞助へ相渡すべき段を申し遣わすべき旨により、手紙をもって半右衛門へ申し達した

The above was reported by residence magistrates Ochiai Zenbei and Takada Magozaemon. When residence transfers occur, there are previous regulations and various procedures for samurai, so to establish these categories without discrepancy, they recently submitted an inquiry via written report. After further consultation among officials and informing the inspectors of this ledger with slight revisions, hereafter residence inspections and transfers should follow this policy. At the audience hall, this ledger was handed to Ochiai Zenbei by Inaba Uneme's office. Therefore, since there are regulations for future residence transfers, consultation with residence magistrates is required for mutual exchanges without discrepancy, and this should be communicated to high-ranking retainers, all samurai, unit commanders, administrators, etc.

1. In Kan'en 3, year of the horse, residence magistrate Ōzeki Shingozaemon fell ill and was additionally in mourning taboo, making it difficult to handle residence transfer cases. When this was reported and Inspector Kanie Zenemon consulted Motoda Minbu's office, it was decided that side commanders should consult among themselves to handle duties, and this decision was recorded.
