一同六巳年金津奉行役屋敷下江戸町ニ相定ル郷盛ニ而普請出来金津奉行荒川十右衛門
一侍中揚屋敷有之いまた誰も不被下前門前掃除之儀掃除奉行方へ申談掃除奉
　行ゟ奉行中へ申達御掃除取人二而申付ル筈

一小役人屋敷を侍屋敷ニ被仰付候節ハ右揚屋敷御奉行共へ受取番人等付置夫ゟ侍屋敷と
　被仰付候へハ屋敷奉行へ相渡ス尤小役人揚屋敷を直ニ屋敷奉行へハ請取不申筈

　御貸被成半分被下切残而四百五拾匁拾三年賦二被成下候処此度粕谷彦太夫へ助右衛門
　跡役被仰付候処右助右衛門拝借半分彦太夫致候様御家老中へ申達候処酒井与三右衛門方

　一加賀口御先物頭病死屋敷替之儀屋敷替部之条ニ出之
　一寛政三亥二月野本吉五郎出奔揚屋敷被仰付候節養父喜三右衛門先年相願建置候物置不用

一宝永三戌二月十日御鷹匠頭塚谷源左衛門屋敷只今迄御役屋敷ニ而無之候へ共向後御役屋敷ニ成且隣家杉山無右衛門屋敷

一諸役所向造作建出等之儀ハ其支配頭ゟ直々御家老中へ相願御差図済之上口上書又ハ手紙ニ而も月番御目付へ相達候

庄右衛門の揚屋敷を願い出たところ、願いの通り拝借を仰せ付けられた

一、同六巳年、金津奉行役屋敷を下江戸町に設定する。郷盛で普請ができ、金津奉行荒川十右衛門

一、侍中に揚屋敷があるがまだ誰にも下されていない。前の門前掃除の件は掃除奉行方へ申し談じ、掃除奉行より奉行中へ申し達し、お掃除取人で申し付ける筈

一、安永九子年、揚屋敷門前掃除の件をお掃除奉行が申し遣わし取り扱った

一、小役人屋敷を侍屋敷に仰せ付けられる節は、右揚屋敷をお奉行共へ受け取り番人等を付け置き、それより侍屋敷と仰せ付けられれば屋敷奉行へ相渡す。もっとも小役人揚屋敷を直接屋敷奉行へは請け取らない筈

一、安永九子年に留に小役人平瀬五左衛門揚屋敷の留がある

一、宝暦三酉年、お留守番組和田岩之助揚屋敷のこと、留がある。なお屋敷拝領の部に出ている

一、上り屋敷がある節は屋敷奉行へはお目付をもって申し聞かされる

一、町奉行　松本口預り御先物頭　お鳥見頭　お水主頭二軒　お鷹匠頭
　　右の分は役屋敷である　古来何も公儀普請であったが中古に相止む

一、文政六未六月十一日、三岡助右衛門がお水主頭勤役中お役屋敷建直しの節、拝借銀九百匁をお貸しになり、半分を下し切り、残り四百五十匁を十三年賦にお下しになったところ、この度粕谷彦太夫へ助右衛門の跡役を仰せ付けられたところ、右助右衛門拝借の半分を彦太夫が致すようお家老中へ申し達したところ、酒井与三右衛門方より左の通り助右衛門彦太夫へ申し達すよう申し聞かれたため、右両人宅へ召し呼び申し達した　当年より助右衛門彦

太夫両人で上納を致すべきこと、彦太夫転役の節は跡役へ彦太夫より申し通すよう申し聞く。助右衛門拝借の件は拝借相済むまで半分上納を致すべきこと
　　但し押米の件は助右衛門より致すこと、上納半分は彦太夫方より助右衛門方へ遣わすべきこと

一、天明八申六月十一日、お徒和田与兵衛が不埒につきお扶持を召し放たれ、右屋敷が揚屋敷になったところ、同年八月十一日右家作の分を家内の者に下されるよう相沢庄助が願い出たところ、願いの通り家内の者へ下し置かれた

一、加賀口お先物頭病死屋敷替の件は屋敷替部の条に出ている

一、寛政三亥二月、野本吉五郎出奔により揚屋敷を仰せ付けられた節、養父喜三右衛門が先年願い出て建て置いた物置を不用の節は取り払いたい旨願い置いた段を承知しておくよう親類より口上書をもって達しがあった

一、宝永三戌二月十日、お鷹匠頭塚谷源左衛門屋敷、只今まではお役屋敷ではなかったが、向後お役屋敷になり、また隣家杉山無右衛門屋敷五間通りのお添地を下された

一、同年六月十九日、町奉行渥美新右衛門（八百里案ずるに今は皆川多左衛門屋敷である）屋敷、向後お役屋敷に仰せ付けられた

一、同年二月二十九日、永見忠左衛門揚屋敷に池鯉鮒明神の社壇があり、右社壇を永見縫殿方へ引き取りたい旨をお家老中へ彦坂又兵衛が申し達したところ、勝手次第引き取るよう仕るべき旨申し渡された（永見忠左衛門はお合力米千俵高知並である。当十九日病死し跡目無きため家屋敷並びに下屋敷共に指し上げる）

一、文政元寅九月五日、大谷八十郎が会所預りを仰せ付けられお用長屋へ引き移したため、家が揚り屋敷に仰せ付けられた。右屋敷は同十一日多田林右衛門へ下された

一、諸役所向造作建出等の件は、その支配頭より直々お家老中へ願い出、お差図済みの上、口上書又は手紙でも月番お目付へ相達するため、その段を心得として屋敷奉行へ申し達すこと
　　　例　天保三辰三月二十九日、町役所内町年寄詰所を建てたい旨、願い済み上につき水野善右衛門より口上の覚をもって西尾五右衛門へ達しがある。組宛名無し
　　　同四巳二月十四日、郡役所の口側建出の節、土屋十郎右衛門より鈴木忠太夫へ手紙をもって届けがあった

一、天保九戌三月十一日、蟹江善右衛門加賀口お役屋敷長屋建直し、願い通り例の通り役屋敷取り扱い替わること無し。前条の役所取り扱いのようではないこと

一、同年五月十一日、町奉行江口次郎兵衛長屋出格子を広げたい旨、口上書、例の通り

一、毛屋でお徒目付お用宅移替の節、組の者一人を差し出す。天保十四卯九月二十九日徳山三左衛門引き移り候節このようである。但し同九月二日引き移りの由、また留がある

1. Same 6th year, year of the snake: The Kanazu magistrate's official residence was established in Shimo-Edo town. Construction was completed in Gōmori, Kanazu magistrate Arakawa Jūemon.

1. There are surrendered residences among the samurai, but none have been granted to anyone yet. Regarding the cleaning of the front gate area, this should be discussed with the cleaning magistrate's office, communicated from the cleaning magistrate to the magistrates, and assigned through official cleaners.

1. Town magistrate, Matsumoto-guchi custodian, senior ashigaru head, falconry supervisor head, naval personnel head (two residences), head falconer
　　These are official residences. From ancient times all were maintained by the government, but this ceased in medieval times.

Bunsei 6, year of the sheep, 6th month, 11th day: When Mitsuoka Sukemon was serving as naval personnel head and rebuilt his official residence, he borrowed 900 mon of silver, with half given as a grant and the remaining 450 mon in a 13-year installment plan. When Kasuya Hikodayū was appointed to succeed Sukemon, it was communicated to the senior retainers that Hikodayū should handle half of Sukemon's loan. Sakai Yozaemon's office instructed that the following be communicated to both Sukemon and Hikodayū, so both were summoned to their residences and informed: From this year, both Sukemon and Hiko-

dayū should make payments together. When Hikodayū is transferred, he should communicate this to his successor. Regarding Sukemon's loan, half should be paid until the loan is completed.

1. Tenmei 8, year of the monkey, 6th month, 11th day: Foot soldier Wada Yohē's stipend was revoked due to misconduct, and his residence became a surrendered residence. On the 8th month, 11th day of the same year, Aizawa Shōsuke petitioned for the house structure to be granted to family members, and it was granted to family members as requested.

Kansei 3, year of the boar, 2nd month: When Nomoto Kichigorō absconded and his residence was designated as surrendered, there was a communication through a petition from relatives requesting acknowledgment that his adoptive father Kizaemon had previously petitioned to remove a storehouse he had built when it was no longer needed.

1. Hōei 3, year of the dog, 2nd month, 10th day: Head falconer Tsukaya Genzaemon's residence had not been an official residence until now, but hereafter it became an official residence, and additional land of 5 ken width from neighboring Sugiyama Muemon's residence was granted.

1. Same year, 6th month, 19th day: Town magistrate Atsumi Shinemon's residence (Happyakuri speculates this is now Minagawa Tazaemon's residence) was hereafter designated as an official residence.

1. Same year, 2nd month, 29th day: There was a shrine altar to Chiryū Myōjin in Nagami Chūzaemon's surrendered residence. When Hikosaka Matahē communicated to the senior retainers that they wished to transfer this shrine altar to Nagami Nuinodono's residence, it was ordered that they could transfer it at their discretion. (Nagami Chūzaemon held stipend rice equivalent to 1,000 hyō, same rank as Kōchi. He died of illness on the 19th of this month, and having no successor, his main residence and lower residence were surrendered.)

1. Bunsei 1, year of the tiger, 9th month, 5th day: Ōtani Yasohirō was appointed as meeting place custodian and moved to the official nagaya, so his house was designated as a surrendered residence. This residence was granted to Tada Rinemon on the 11th of the same month.

1. Regarding construction and building additions for various offices, the supervising head should petition directly to the senior retainers, and after receiving instructions, communicate to the monthly duty inspector through petition documents or letters. This should be communicated to the estate magistrate for reference.
　　　Example: Tenpō 3, year of the dragon, 3rd month, 29th day: After the petition to build a town elder's office within the town office was approved, there was communication from Mizuno Zenemon to Nishio Goemon through a memorandum. No group designation.
　　　Same 4th year, year of the snake, 2nd month, 14th day: When building an addition to the side entrance of the district office, there was notification by letter from Tsuchiya Jūrōemon to Suzuki Chūdayū.

1. Tenpō 9, year of the dog, 3rd month, 11th day: Kanie Zenemon's petition to rebuild the Kaga-guchi official residence nagaya was approved as usual, with no change in official residence handling. This is different from the office handling in the previous clause.

1. Same year, 5th month, 11th day: Town magistrate Eguchi Jirōbē's petition to widen the nagaya exit lattice, through petition document, as usual.

1. When transferring the foot soldier inspector's official residence at Keya, one group member should be dispatched. On Tenpō 14, year of the rabbit, 9th month, 29th day, when Tokuyama Sanzaemon moved, it was like this. However, there is another record stating the move was on the 2nd of the 9th month.
