覆候様御家老中被仰聞候趣を以御目付月番宅へ豊左衛門相招右之趣申渡候修覆ニ少々日数延候段ハ不苦旨申聞候月番矢野右衛門作
一同十八丑三月十八日加賀口御先物頭大木与五右衛門御役屋敷大破ニ付庇廻り取払小住居ニ仕罷在度旨ニ付御家老中へ致御物語候処
物頭中住居ニ而手支不申程ニ申付ル儀ハ其通り之旨被申聞其趣を以与五右衛門へ申達候
一寛延二巳二月廿九日御水主頭堀勘左衛門屋敷表塀大破ニ付も最前相願候へ共不及御取上自分作事致候へ共見苦敷も有之ニ付屋根之事古木を以

現代語訳
一、享保六丑年五月十六日、今度お水主頭堀豊左衛門にお先物頭が仰せ付けられ、右の仰せによって揚屋敷に半右衛門が仰せ付けられたところ、豊左衛門屋敷が大破したため、豊左衛門が修覆を致すようお家老中が仰せ聞かれた趣旨により、お目付月番宅へ豊左衛門を招いて右の趣旨を申し渡した。修覆に少々日数が延びる段は問題ない旨を申し聞かせた。月番矢野右衛門作
一、同十八丑三月十八日、加賀口お先物頭大木与五右衛門のお役屋敷が大破につき、庇廻りを取り払い小住居にして罷り在りたい旨により、お家老中へお話を致したところ、物頭中の住居で手支えしない程度に申し付けることはその通りである旨を申し聞かれ、その趣旨により与五右衛門へ申し達した。
一、寛延二巳二月二十九日、お水主頭堀勘左衛門屋敷の表塀が大破につき、最前から願い出ていたが取り上げられず、自分で作事を致したが見苦しいところもあるため、屋根のことは古木をもって仰せ付けられ、もっとも白土のことは前々の通り塗って下されるので、以来修覆のことは自分普請に致すべき旨を、評定所においてお家老中がお目付長谷部小右衛門へ申し聞かれ、その由を勘左衛門へ申し達した。

一、宝永七寅正月二十三日、お城代有賀孫左衛門に隠居が仰せ付けられ、同月二十九日跡役に酒井与惣兵衛が仰せ付けられた。有賀庄助が罷り在る屋敷はお城代屋敷のことゆえ、与惣兵衛が入り替わるよう庄助と与惣兵衛へ申し渡した。
一、同年閏八月二十四日、お城代酒井与惣兵衛が昨二十三日に死去につき、お城内の締まりを申し付けるため、先年殿様がお座りになったお屋形にお留守居永見治部右衛門、天方五郎左衛門が一人ずつ隔番に泊まり番を相勤めるべき旨申し渡した。
（追ってお城代跡役が仰せ付けられるまでは、いよいよ右の通り両人が相勤めるよう仰せ出された）
与惣兵衛が罷り在った屋敷には御用の控所があることなので、お城代与力共は只今の通り昼夜詰めて罷り在るよう申し付けるべき旨を右両人へ申し渡した。
一、同年十月二十六日、本多次郎太夫にお城代酒井与惣兵衛跡役が仰せ付けられ、先年殿様がお座りになったお屋形を役屋敷に仰せ付けられるので移るべき旨が出された。
一、享保三戌三月二十五日、お留守居天方五郎左衛門と仙石市太郎の屋敷替が下された。但し只今まで五郎左衛門が罷り在ったお城内の屋敷は御用のためである。
一、同六丑閏七月二十二日、お城代本多民部の屋敷が御用につき、向後御用屋敷替が下された。但し只今までの御用屋敷に厩土蔵が不足ゆえ建て置いてお渡しになる筈である。

一、宝永三戌三月十六日、永見忠左衛門の上り屋敷替が下され、杉田五郎兵衛、天方五郎左衛門が只今まで罷り在るお役屋敷へ有賀孫左衛門が、杉田五郎兵衛跡屋敷へ天方五郎左衛門が移るべき旨。
右孫左衛門が只今まで罷り在るお城代屋敷は御用のため召し上げられる。但し若殿様昇安公のお居所にお遊ばしになる思召である。同年四月十八日、孫左衛門の上り屋敷をお作事奉行共へ相渡すよう屋敷奉行へ相達すべき旨、もっともその段をお作事奉行共にも申し聞かせ請け取るべき旨をお目付へ申し渡された。同年九月五日、若殿様が今度初めてお国へのお暇を進められ、先月二十三日江戸をお発駕し今日お着城、お本丸において御式を畢えて新お屋形へお入りになった。

Kyōhō 6, year of the ox, 5th month, 16th day: Naval personnel head Hori Toyozaemon was appointed as senior ashigaru head, and by this appointment, Hanemon was assigned to the surrendered residence. Since Toyozaemon's residence was severely damaged, the senior retainers ordered that Toyozaemon should carry out repairs. Based on this instruction, Toyozaemon was summoned to the monthly duty inspector's residence and given these orders. He was told that a slight delay in repair work would not be a problem. 1. Same 18th year, year of the ox, 3rd month, 18th day: Since the official residence of Kaga-guchi senior ashigaru head Ōki Yogorōemon was severely damaged, he requested to remove the eaves and live in smaller quarters. When this was discussed with the senior retainers, they said that arrangements that did not hinder the housing of the ashigaru heads should proceed as requested, and this was communicated to Yogorōemon.
1. Kan'en 2, year of the snake, 2nd month, 29th day: The front fence of naval personnel head Hori Kanzaemon's residence was severely damaged. Although he had petitioned previously, it was not approved, so he carried out the construction himself, but there were unsightly aspects. Therefore, it was ordered that the roof be done with old wood, and white clay should be applied as before. Henceforth, repairs should be done at his own expense. This was communicated by the senior retainers to inspector Hasebe Koemon at the council chamber, and this was relayed to Kanzaemon.

1. Hōei 7, year of the tiger, 1st month, 23rd day: Castle keeper Ariga Magozaemon was ordered to retire, and on the 29th of the same month, Sakai Yosōbē was appointed as his successor. Since the residence where Ariga Shōsuke was staying was the castle keeper's residence, it was ordered that Yosōbē should move in, replacing both Shōsuke and Yosōbē.

Same year, intercalary 8th month, 24th day: Since castle keeper Sakai Yosōbē died yesterday, the 23rd, to maintain security within the castle, caretakers Nagami Jibuemon and Amagata Gorozaemon were ordered to take turns staying overnight in the lord's quarters where the lord had previously resided.

Since Yosōbē's former residence had official waiting rooms, it was ordered that the castle keeper's retainers should continue to be stationed there day and night as before. This was communicated to both men.

Magozaemon's former castle keeper residence was requisitioned for official use, specifically as quarters for young lord Shōan-kō. On the 18th day of the 4th month of the same year, it was ordered that Magozaemon's upper residence should be transferred to the construction magistrates, and the estate magistrate should be informed accordingly. The construction magistrates were also to be notified and should receive it. This was communicated to the inspector. On the 5th day of the 9th month of the same year, the young lord was granted leave to return to the domain for the first time, departing Edo on the 23rd of the previous month and arriving at the castle today. After completing ceremonies at the main keep, he entered the new quarters.
