扱候間前々之通取扱候様申達候尤三五左衛門へも致勝手次第候様申達之
一天保九戌三月廿日久世八左衛門屋敷ニ先年相達畳置候弐間ニ三間之物置土蔵此度右古木を以弐間四方ニ建申度旨右ハ
切縮ニ相成候得共訳合有之故外例ニハ不相成願済候事
一同十亥二月廿日永見一学先年相達畳置候土蔵古木を以少々切縮相建申度旨達済 但弐尺斗切縮候由
一大破之土蔵坪数其侭ニ立直度達口上書月番承置屋敷奉行へも不及申達候事 天保十亥六月廿三日半井仲庵如此
一天保十二丑三月三日高野半右衛門相達候ハ養父惣右衛門存命中志願ニ付四間四方之文庫相建度旨達済
一弘化元辰二月十六日狛杢《割書:但此節|退役中》与力梶川喜左衛門土蔵建替書付ニ而御内御右筆を以届申聞候
一安永九子七月廿四日御家中土蔵大破ニ付畳置度旨願出候得ハ屋敷替之節元之通建被相渡候様願主ニ及挨拶屋敷替

現代語訳
一、天保八年酉年十一月二十五日、秋田三五左衛門が先年申し達した物置一ヶ所を建て置いていたが、この度右の小屋へ一間×三間半の廊下を建て、不用の節には取り払いたい旨の口上書を差し出した。この度は同役で評議を行い、御家老中へは申し達せず、月番三郎兵衛が承り置き、屋敷奉行へは右の口上書を添えてそれぞれ取り扱うため、前々の通り取り扱う様申し達した。もっとも三五左衛門へも勝手次第である様申し達した。
一、天保九年戌年三月二十日、久世八左衛門の屋敷に先年申し達して畳み置いた二間×三間の物置土蔵について、この度右の古材を用いて二間四方に建てたい旨。右は切り縮めになるが、事情があるため外例にはならず、願いが済んだ事。
一、同十年亥年二月二十日、永見一学が先年申し達して畳み置いた土蔵の古材を用いて少々切り縮めて建てたい旨申し達し済み。ただし二尺ほど切り縮めるとのこと。
一、大破した土蔵を坪数そのままに建て直したいとの申し達しの口上書は、月番が承り置き、屋敷奉行へも申し達すに及ばない事。天保十年亥年六月二十三日、半井仲庵がこの通り。
一、天保十二年丑年三月三日、高野半右衛門が申し達したのは、養父惣右衛門の存命中の志願により四間四方の文庫を建てたい旨申し達し済み。
一、弘化元年辰年二月十六日、狛杢《割書:ただしこの節は退役中》の与力梶川喜左衛門の土蔵建て替えについて書付をもって御内御右筆を通じて届け申し聞いた。
一、安永九年子年七月二十四日、御家中の土蔵が大破したため畳み置きたい旨願い出た場合は、屋敷替えの節に元の通り建てて相渡す様願主に挨拶し、屋敷替えの節に相対で取り扱わない旨決定した事。
一、享保二十年卯年閏三月十日、御水主頭中村太郎左衛門の屋敷に土蔵が二つあるうち一つが大破して建て置き難いため畳み取りたい旨申し聞いた。御役の屋敷の事故、御家老中へお伺いしたところ勝手次第にする様申し聞かれた。

Tenpō 8, year of the rooster (1837), 11th month, 25th day: Akita Sangozaemon had previously reported and built one storage building, but this time submitted a written application to build a 1 ken × 3.5 ken corridor to the said hut, which he would demolish when no longer needed. This time colleagues deliberated, it was not reported to the senior councilors, monthly duty officer Saburōbei took note of it, and since the written application was attached and handled by the estate magistrate respectively, it was communicated to handle it as before. It was also communicated to Sangozaemon that it was at his discretion.
1. Tenpō 9, year of the dog (1838), 3rd month, 20th day: Regarding a 2 ken × 3 ken storage storehouse that Kuze Hachizaemon had previously reported and stored at his residence, this time he wished to use the old timber to build a 2 ken square structure. While this constituted a reduction in size, due to special circumstances it did not become an exceptional case, and the application was completed.
1. Same 10th year, year of the boar (1839), 2nd month, 20th day: Nagami Ichigaku's application to use old timber from a storehouse he had previously reported and stored to build a slightly reduced structure was completed. However, it was to be reduced by about 2 shaku.
1. For written applications to rebuild severely damaged storehouses with the same floor area, the monthly duty officer takes note and there is no need to report to the estate magistrate. Tenpō 10, year of the boar, 6th month, 23rd day, Nakarai Chūan handled it thus.
1. Tenpō 12, year of the ox (1841), 3rd month, 3rd day: Takano Hanemon reported that he wished to build a 4 ken square library according to the wish of his adoptive father Sōemon during his lifetime. Application completed.
1. Kōka 1, year of the dragon (1844), 2nd month, 16th day: Regarding the storehouse reconstruction of retainer Kajikawa Kizaemon of Koma Moku (though he was retired at this time), a report was made through the inner scribes by written document.
1. An'ei 9, year of the rat (1780), 7th month, 24th day: When household retainers applied to store severely damaged storehouses, it was decided that the applicants should be informed that they would be rebuilt and handed over as before when residences were changed, and that estate changes would not be handled through mutual arrangement.
1. Kyōhō 20, year of the rabbit (1735), intercalary 3rd month, 10th day: Naval commander Nakamura Tarōzaemon reported that of two storehouses at his residence, one had become severely damaged and was difficult to maintain, so he wished to dismantle it. Since this concerned an official residence, when the matter was referred to the senior councilors, they said it was at his discretion.
