一荒子頭支配ニ而御茶薗地之分ハ屋敷地ニ付其地を受家建居候者御用之節為立
退候而も元来屋敷地故引料不被下御法ニ候地方ニ而御高之内給知ニ候得ハ引料被下

一延享二丑年十一月十六日屋敷続ニ除地有之面々添地之願申上候得ハ夫々被下置候得共以後相願候
而も御取揚無之旨之候此段寄々可相達旨ニ付口上書相認取扱候留有之
一寛政二戌六月宇都宮又左衛門裏手除地有之候付鉄炮場地相願候処願之通被下置候
但幅弐間長弐拾間被下置候事
一文化五辰年七月御花畑御茶園預り青山吉右衛門休息被仰付右跡中山政右衛門被仰付此度
ゟ屋敷其侭居勤被仰付候吉右衛門是迄罷在候御用屋敷御茶園地ニ被仰付候
一宝暦十二午年新番組高野恒右衛門親以来拝領屋敷地家作不仕ニ付御取揚依之遠慮伺候

一明和九辰九月十日川手御屋敷茶屋之跡明地を奥医師加藤道庵へ被下間地ニ及候ニ付芦田屋敷
並故家来被指出立会候事申談候処右之地ハ元来慶長六年御入国御城御造営之節
芦田加藤四郎兵衛並地を拝領候て築地いたし屋敷相建其節道筋ゟ川手之方不残拝領之
地ニ付川手御茶屋建候節御上へ御借被成候由也川手御茶屋畳取候後芦田へ御返シ無之候受地ニ

地面の所々並びに抱屋敷・下屋敷
一、荒子頭支配であって御茶園地の分は屋敷地に付き、その地を受けて家を建て居住している者は、御用の節のため立ち退くことがあっても、元来屋敷地であるから引料（立退料）は下されない御法である。地方であって御高の内の給知であれば引料が下される筈である
一、延享二年丑年十一月十六日、屋敷続きに除地がある面々が添地の願いを申し上げれば、それぞれ下し置かれるが、以後申し願っても御取り上げはない旨である。この段を寄々へ申し達すべき旨により、口上書を認めて取り扱った留がある
一、寛政二年戌年六月、宇都宮又左衛門の裏手に除地があったため鉄砲場地を申し願ったところ、願いの通り下し置かれた

一、文化五年辰年七月、御花畑・御茶園預かりの青山吉右衛門が休息を仰せ付けられ、その跡に中山政右衛門が仰せ付けられた。この度から屋敷そのままで居勤を仰せ付けられた。吉右衛門がこれまで罷り在った御用屋敷は御茶園地に仰せ付けられた
一、宝暦十二年午年、新番組の高野恒右衛門が親以来の拝領屋敷地に家作を致さないため御取り上げとなり、これにより遠慮を伺ったところ、指し控えを仰せ付けられた
一、明和九年辰年九月十日、川手御屋敷茶屋の跡の明地を奥医師加藤道庵へ下されることになったが、境界に及ぶため芦田屋敷並びに故家来が指し出され立ち会った。この件を申し談じたところ、右の地は元来慶長六年御入国・御城御造営の節、芦田加藤四郎兵衛が並地を拝領して築地を致し屋敷を相建て、その節道筋から川手の方を残らず拝領の地につき、川手御茶屋を建てる節に御上へ御借りになられた由である。川手御茶屋を畳み取った後、芦田へ御返しがない請け地に

1. Regarding lands under the jurisdiction of Arako-gashira that are designated as tea garden grounds attached to residence lots: when those who have received such land and built houses there must vacate for official purposes, no compensation for relocation is provided according to regulations, since these are originally residence grounds. However, if these were rural lands included in stipend allocations, relocation compensation should be provided.
1. Enyō 2, year of the ox (1745), 11th month, 16th day: When various individuals with vacant lots adjacent to their residences petitioned for additional land grants, these were respectively granted, but thereafter no further petitions would be accepted. Since this matter was to be communicated to various parties, a written statement was prepared and records of its handling exist.
1. Kansei 2, year of the dog (1790), 6th month: Since Utsunomiya Matazaemon had vacant land behind his residence, he petitioned for it to be designated as shooting range grounds, and this was granted as requested.
However, an area of 2 ken in width and 20 ken in length was granted.
1. Bunka 5, year of the dragon (1808), 7th month: Aoyama Kichemon, overseer of the flower garden and tea plantation, was granted retirement, and Nakayama Masaemon was appointed in his place. From this time forward, he was appointed to serve while remaining in the same residence. The official residence where Kichemon had been staying was designated as tea garden land.
1. Hōreki 12, year of the horse (1762): Takano Tsunemon of the Shinban group failed to construct buildings on the residence land granted since his father's time, so it was confiscated. When he inquired about self-restraint regarding this matter, he was ordered to refrain from activities.
1. Meiwa 9, year of the dragon (1772), 9th month, 10th day: The vacant land where the Kawate mansion's tea house once stood was to be granted to court physician Katō Dōan, but since this affected boundary lines, representatives from the Ashida residence and former retainers were sent to conduct a joint survey. When this matter was discussed, it was revealed that this land was originally granted to Ashida Katō Shirōbei as adjacent land during the 6th year of Keichō when the lord entered the domain and the castle was constructed. He built earthworks and established a residence, and at that time all the land from the road toward Kawate was granted land. When the Kawate tea house was built, it was borrowed from higher authority. After the Kawate tea house was dismantled, the land was not returned to Ashida and became accepted land.
