　歟奈良忠左衛門御目付之節様子有之芦田家之方も令吟味候処右之趣ニ而芦田へ被下地故外

　抱屋敷ニ致候ニ付地子年貢之儀者尤家来名前を以地主方へ相勤申度候間此等之趣宜御

現代語訳

なった米を取り扱い御上が御取りになった故、右の通り申し分があった由である。右の所のことは御茶屋を引き払った後、元文年中のことか、奈良忠左衛門が御目付の節に様子があり、芦田家の方も吟味させたところ、右の趣であって芦田へ下された地であるから他へ下すことは相成らないと相極まった

　右の通りであるところ、この度加藤道庵の屋敷地に下されることになった

一、享和元年酉年六月、屋敷奉行組の検地御用につき、番歩引きするよう達した。諸組之部に出ている

一、享和二年戌年三月十八日　　口上の覚
　　松本御高の内、地蔵町裏川手の方の畑地面百六十二坪余り、右地主と相対をもってこの度私の抱屋敷にいたすにつき、地子年貢の儀はもっとも家来名前をもって地主方へ相勤めたく候間、この等の趣をよろしく御取り扱い下さるべく候。以上　　三月　　佐野内膳
　　右の通り先達って申し達したにつき、御家老中へも御物語申し達した

一、享保十一年午年十月十五日、松岡引越し屋敷地見分のため、東光寺裏五千五十坪、上之橋明地九千四百二十三坪、新屋敷辺一万五千四百八十坪、毛屋明屋敷地残らず、御家老中・御用人・御奉行・御目付・屋敷奉行等が罷り出た　ただし免切御用を相勤める御奉行・御目付は罷り出なかった
　　ただし同二十九日、右地割につき御奉行雨森新七・御目付上月武左衛門が御用掛かりを仰せ付けられ、中根靭負並びに屋敷奉行熊谷小兵衛と申し談じ相勤めるよう申し渡された

一、文政十三年子年五月、在方の田畑を潰して家を建てる儀を差し留められた

The rice that resulted was handled and taken by higher authority, hence there was the aforementioned dispute. Regarding this location, after the tea house was demolished, sometime during the Genmun era (1736-1741), when Nara Chūzaemon was serving as inspector (metsuke), there were circumstances that led to an investigation of the Ashida family as well. The conclusion was that since this was land granted to Ashida, it could not be granted to others.

Despite the above circumstances, this time it was decided to grant it as residential land to Katō Dōan.

1. Kyōwa 1, year of the rooster (1801), 6th month: Regarding land survey duties for the residence magistrate group, instructions were issued to deduct guard duties, as recorded in the "Various Groups" section.

1. Kyōwa 2, year of the dog (1802), 3rd month, 18th day - Memorandum of verbal statement:
Regarding farmland of 162+ tsubo behind Jizō-machi toward Kawate within Matsumoto domain holdings, through direct negotiation with the landowner, I am now making this my affiliated residence. Concerning land rent and annual tribute, I naturally wish to fulfill obligations to the landowner under my retainer's name. Please handle this matter appropriately. - 3rd month, Sano Naizen
This was communicated previously and also reported to the senior councilors.

1. Kyōhō 11, year of the horse (1726), 10th month, 15th day: For inspection of Matsuoka relocation residential lands - 5,050 tsubo behind Tōkōji temple, 9,423 tsubo of vacant land at Kaminohashi, 15,480 tsubo around Shinyashiki area, and all vacant residential lands at Keya - senior councilors, administrative officials, magistrates, inspectors, residence magistrates, etc. attended. However, magistrates and inspectors engaged in tax exemption duties did not attend.
On the 29th of the same month, for the land division, Magistrate Amemori Shinshichi and Inspector Kōzuki Buzaemon were appointed as officials in charge, and orders were given for them to work in consultation with Nakane Yukie and Residence Magistrate Kumagai Kohyōe.
