十間通り指し上げたい旨、願いの通り仰せ付けられ、その段を長兵衛へ申し聞かせるべき旨

新番組野村次郎太郎が川端長兵衛横の御茶園地を拝借して家作をしたい旨、願いの通り仰せ付けられた。御定めの通り地子米を仰せ付けられるので、右の趣を次郎太郎へ申し聞かせるべし

この度柳の馬場が御茶園地になったにつき、私の組町裏続きへ矢場地になることであれば、御替地になるよう、その上残った地面の件についても組の者共へ拝借を仰せ付けて下さるようよろしく御取り扱い下さるべし。以上
