楷船の件について一筆申し上げます。
太守様、少将様におかれましては、ますますご機嫌よくお過ごしのこととお慶び申し上げます。また、貴公様におかれましても、いよいよご健勝にてお勤めをなされ、誠におめでたいことと存じ上げます。当地におきまして、国王は変わりなくお過ごしになっております。右の件についてご報告申し上げるため、このように書状を差し上げる次第でございます。誠に恐縮ながら、謹んで申し上げます。

We are delighted to learn that His Lordship the Great Guardian and His Lordship the Minor General are in excellent health and good spirits. Furthermore, we are pleased to know that Your Honor continues in good health while faithfully performing your duties - truly a matter for congratulation. Here in our land, His Majesty the King remains in good health without incident. We submit this letter to report on the aforementioned matter. With utmost respect and humility, we present this communication.
