後から御座之間へ帰座し、御吸物・御肴が出され、続いて御膳を下され、ここで御膳を召し上がり相済んだ。御袴にてお入りになり、しばらく御咄があり、御酒をお勧めになった【挿入】御締切中は御給仕を御医師が【ここまで挿入】御締切を仰せ出され、大奥にて御酒を相勧め相済んだ【挿入】大奥にて付立を御前へも差し上げた【ここまで挿入】御菓子を下され、御包物を銘々へ御手ずから下され、程合いにて何れも御礼を申し上げ【朱書き　表になる】直ちに御小座敷へお引きになり、皆々退出した。ただし御締切中も御用人は出席し、また前後に御袴をお召しになる節は御先立ちは御用人、その余は御先立ちを御近習番が相勤めた。

一、三月十一日　御発駕前の御納灸をなさり、被下物は例の通り、御針医まで御手ずから御扇子一対ずつを下された【朱書き】一、御鷹の小鴨二羽　今日御泉水へお入りになるにつき、貞照院様へお持ちのため進上された

一、三月十二日　八時揃い、引本多内蔵助・御家老中並びに引本多路夕・狛只静をお召しになり御始まり、八半時一寸相済んだところ六半時かかりとなった。最初御袴にて御座間御正面、御柱から二畳目へ御着座、御家老一人ずつ御次障子前へ出席し相揃ったところで御礼申し上げ、御意（これへ）があり、西の方御入側へ順々列座した。その節御西向きに御着座、御刀掛を出し、御刀掛の時候の御挨拶相済み、御茶が出され銘々頂戴し、御吸物が出され御酒を頂戴したところで御意（ゆるりと）があり、御小座敷へお引きになった。それから御煙草盆が出され、三組の御盃並びに御肴が追々出され、御側御用人・御用人が挨拶し、御側向頭取、御匙医師当番・奥御医師が罷り出て御酒を相進め、御程合いにて御素衣にてお入りになり、御刀・御脇指を掛け、御煙草盆を差し上げ、寛々と御咄・御酒をお勧めした。程合いにて御用人から、己の春は雨天につき御馬事無く御小座敷へお引きになった後【ここから23行目中頃「又々被為入」へ線が引いてある】御馬支度よろしき段申し上げ、御小座敷へお引きになった。御家老中は御座之間から直ちに御廊下橋通り、御裏役案内で二の丸御馬場へ相廻り、御用人同断、ただし御側向頭取は相廻らず、御馬拝見で御馬方へ乗馬を仰せ付けられた御前、御馬場へはお入りにならず相済んだ。未春は御庭拝見があり、御家老中は再び御座間へ帰座し、御吸物・御肴が出され、又々お入りになり御咄等があり、御膳が出され、御肴引きのところで御挨拶をなさり、御小座敷へお引きになった。御膳後又々御袴にてお入りになり、しばらくあって御礼申し上げ一統退出した。前後御袴の節は御用人が御先立ち、その余は御近習番が勤めた。

【上部に有】己の春は思し召しにて別段仲庵をお召しになった。ただし松平主馬への御馳走の席の由を八百里が承った。

一、御帰殿の上、御発駕御祝儀につき御吸物・御酒を御見分様ばかりで御祝いなさった。例年は御用人始めをお召しになるけれども、御年限中は相止められた

一、三月十四日　御留守御用を四時揃いにて仰せ付けられ、御聞きになった。御広式御用人まで済み御小休。
又々御目付から郡奉行まで相済んだところ九半時【割書：己の春は御勝手掛り海福瀬左衛門までにて御小休、御奉行から郡奉行まで直ちに御聞きになった。御召服は羽二重御紋付御袴】

一、八時揃い御役人をお召しになり御酒を下された。金津奉行始め一統相揃った段【挿入】先例の如くである【ここまで挿入】を御用人から御側向頭取を以て申し上げた【割書：己春は御用人から伺いの序があったにつき、揃いの儀を御用人から直ちに申し上げた】

Initially in formal hakama, seated on the second tatami from the pillar at the front of the main sitting room, senior retainers appeared one by one before the partition screens of the next room, and when assembled, paid respects and received words (here), then seated in order in the west entrance area. At that time seated facing west, sword rack was brought out, after seasonal greetings at the sword rack were completed, tea was served and everyone partook, soup was served and sake was received, at which point words (leisurely) were given, and withdrawal to the small sitting room occurred. Then tobacco trays were brought out, three sets of sake cups and delicacies were served successively, side chamberlains and chamberlains gave greetings, the chief side attendant, chief physician on duty, and inner physician appeared and offered sake, and at the appropriate time entered in plain clothes, hung swords and short swords, presented tobacco trays, and leisurely had conversation and offered sake.
