一、十月二十一日、明日御放鷹を仰せ出されたところ、御鷹匠共がこの節風邪が多いにつき、明日の御供での長髪御免を相願いしたい趣を岸五郎左衛門より手紙にて相達し、入御聴した。

一、十月二十三日、小兵衛は昨日非番より新右衛門の不快引きで御放鷹御供に罷り出たにつき、今日は当番であるが、朝の内に罷り出て九時より御用捨退出するよう仰せ付けられた。
一、御鷹の白鷺一羽 袖野方へ下賜された
一、御目付月番笹川藤内より相渡された書付は左の通り
なおまた十二月 定座番外の面々の息子の御目見、養子縁組、病中養子等を相願い
二十四日のところに する節の口上書認め方は、これまで区々であったが、向後はすべて口上書には
相記する儀があった 御家老中まで宜しく仰せ達しと相認めるよう改めて仰せ出された

これは例年の通り献上し、御上がりに仰せ付けられたが、事前に渋谷権左衛門より内調があり、御日取りを御側向頭取より相伺った。もっとも披露は御用人である。

これは一昨日の御供の節に御野先にて下賜された振合いを思し召しをもって下賜された

一、十一月五日、細井専博の妻が今朝出産につき穢れ引き籠もったが、この節わずかに御不例中で御薬調上げ仕えるにつき、直に産穢れ御免となり、夕方拝診に罷り出た。
