一御二度御膳之節八朔延御祝姫君様御引移之御祝儀ニ付被進之御
吸物御酒等御一所ニ御祝被遊候
一御納灸御形斗謙五郎様貞照院様へ被進始御医師被下等毎之通り

一今日御使事御礼幷歳御祝儀御前ニて申上候次第且又御稽古納之次第午年ニ記候通有之
一今日御召服御熨斗目
一当十月廿三日御目付月番笹川藤内書付を以申聞候定座番外之面々
諸願口上書認方是迄区々ニ相成有之候ニ付以来之認方改而被仰出候処
格合ニ相障り候儀ニ付同席一統相願申度哉ニ申合候得共不敬ニも相当
候ニ付新右衛門小兵衛両人ゟ御側御用人大宮藤馬迄演説書を以致歎願候
処今日左之通藤馬ゟ演説有之以来左之趣ニ相心得可申旨
先達而都而口上書ニハ御家老中迄宜被仰達と相認候様被
仰出候得共内達之趣も有之儀ニ候間以来ハ御家老中迄
宜御物語可被下候と相認可申旨御尋も御座候ハヽと申儀者
相認不申候様ニ相心得可申旨右之趣御目付ゟ改而達ハ無之
由申聞ニ有之候但御物語被仰達交り差出候而も御家老中被受取候よし
【二行朱書き】
一今晩御年忘御祝儀御吸物御酒御三度御膳之節御祝被遊候同断ニ付頂戴物一昨年之通御前頂戴
無之部屋ニて頂戴被仰付御膳番ニ留記有之

鯣 両様の代 三十匁 御水主両組へ
右同断につき下された。両様とも御側向頭取より御水主頭へ手紙にて持参させて遣わした。

一、今日御使事御礼並びに歳御祝儀御前にて申し上げた次第、且つまた御稽古納めの次第、午年に記した通りあった。
一、今日御召服御熨斗目
一、当十月二十三日御目付月番笹川藤内書付を以て申し聞いた。定座番外の面々、諸願口上書認め方これまで区々になってあったにつき、以来の認め方改めて仰せ出された処、格合いに相障る儀につき同席一統相願い申したく哉に申し合わせたが、不敬にも相当するにつき、新右衛門、小兵衛両人より御側御用人大宮藤馬まで演説書を以て嘆願した処、今日左の通り藤馬より演説があり、以来左の趣に相心得申すべき旨。
先達て都て口上書には御家老中まで宜しく仰せ達しと相認める様仰せ出されたが、内達の趣もある儀につき、以来は御家老中まで宜しく御物語下されようと相認め申すべき旨。御尋ねも御座候はばと申す儀は相認め申さない様に相心得申すべき旨。右の趣御目付より改めて達しはない由申し聞きにあった。ただし御物語仰せ達し交じり差し出しても御家老中受け取られる由。
一、今晩御年忘れ御祝儀、御吸物、御酒、御三度御膳の節御祝い遊ばされた。同断につき頂戴物一昨年の通り御前頂戴なく、部屋にて頂戴仰せ付けられ、御膳番に留記があった。
