これを奉献した。
【朱書】右の神主が神明町にいた節、殿様謙五郎様へ疱瘡治療の御祈祷を去る寅年七月に伺いの上仰せ付けられたところ、午年に御二方様の御軽症疱瘡がお済みになり、同年極月五日に威徳院様の思し召しによって当社家へ相続を仰せ付けられたとのこと。右の由緒によってこの度願い出たこと【ここまで朱書】

一、三月十五日御礼後御稽古納めの御式があった。一昨年の通り市橋軍兵衛飯嶋四郎左衛門出渕平兵衛井原源兵衛高野惣左衛門中村市右衛門清田丹蔵長谷川武右衛門高畠金三郎明石文五郎花木栄右十一人が頂戴物を賜った。当年は内達もあり《割書：御盃一、御扇子一対》ずつ下された。その餘はこれまでの通りの御品が下された
一、御稽古納めが相済んだ後、明石文五郎が切紙の秘伝を申し上げ、御座の間に御着座、文五郎が切紙巻物を持参し二の間で平伏、御意名があった。右巻物を文五郎が直々御前へ差し上げ復座した。この節御小姓頭取が罷り出て五ヶの切紙巻物を開封し御見台へ差し上げた。ここで例席へ文五郎が罷り出て講談を申し上げ相済み、二の間へ下り御用人へ向かい流儀の切紙を申し上げ罷りある旨御礼申し上げ、御用人が御取り合い御意《割書：メテ、タイ》があり、また御用人御取り合いがあって退去した。御召服御服紗御上下御前詰め残らず上下誓紙があった

This was dedicated.
[In red ink] When the above-mentioned head priest was residing in Shinmei-machi, he was ordered in the 7th month of the previous Tiger year, after inquiry, to conduct smallpox healing prayers for the lord and Kengorō-sama. In the Horse year, both lords recovered from light smallpox, and on the 5th day of the 12th month of that year, by the will of Itoku-in-sama, he was ordered to succeed to the current shrine family. Based on this lineage, he made this request [up to here in red ink]

The above requested through a written petition to the side attendant head that they wished to organize a memorial hall lecture and permanently serve without negligence at Shibata-kō's image hall and regular festivals. Particularly since last spring, when proxy worship was ordered during the distant memorial service and there were also matters of first offering donations, there was a donation from his personal funds.

Eleven people - Ichihashi Gunbei, Iijima Shirōzaemon, Idebuchi Heibei, Ihara Genbei, Takano Sōzaemon, Nakamura Ichiemon, Kiyota Tanzō, Hasegawa Takeemon, Takahata Kinzaburō, Akashi Bungorō, Hanaki Eiu - received gifts. This year there were also private instructions, with one sake cup and one pair of fans each granted. The rest received the usual gifts as before.
One item: After the training completion ceremony ended, Akashi Bungorō presented the secret transmission of cutting paper techniques. He took his seat in the main room, Bungorō brought the cutting paper scroll, prostrated in the second room, and received gracious words. Bungorō directly presented the scroll before his lord and returned to his seat. At this time the page head appeared, opened five cutting paper scrolls and presented them on the viewing stand. Here Bungorō appeared at the regular seat, gave a lecture and finished, went down to the second room and told the chamberlain about the school's cutting paper techniques, expressing gratitude for completing his duties. The chamberlain responded with gracious words, and after another response from the chamberlain, he withdrew. There were written oaths from all those in formal dress serving in his presence.
