現代語訳
拝見の節の通り御菓子黄朧饅頭十個ずつ、一昨年の通り下された。御側御用人、御用人には下されなかった。御打毬の記録は御右筆が歩きながら認めて出来上がった。
一、八月十二日
御次通り 小皿 一箱 数百 御八百屋

右は献上されたもので、御台所から出入りして御覧になった。
一、八月十三日 鯉一匹 差し出し、召し上がりを仰せ付けられた 一柳新九郎
貞照院様から 松虫・鈴虫 差し上げられた
一、八月十五日、御月見御祝いを表にて召し上がり、引き続き御三度御膳を召し上がった。六時揃い、例の如く御座の間内へ移られ、御傅役から御茶道まで御酒・御吸物・御肴・御菓子を御前において頂戴した。両手伝始め、韃靼の間御入側にて御揃いの肴・御酒を頂戴し、その外台子向から末々まで毎年の通り頂戴した。都合て一昨年の通りであった。
五時半前に済み、御詩作をなさり、御側御用人始め御医師まで拝見を仰せ付けられた。御近習番は拝見しなかった。新右衛門・丹蔵・栄へ詩作を仰せ付けられた。御傅役永見主殿の息子の御目見を仰せ付けられたにつき、御内々に相願い、後は月々罷り出る筈である。
一、御例の通り御方々様から御目見が差し上げられ、大奥にて披露された。
貞照院様から 御蒸籠一荷 毎年の如く差し上げられ 一統頂戴が相成った。
一、貞照院様、揩五郎様へ御酒・御吸物が差し上げられ、御附の者、大奥向けに下されるなど毎年の通りであった。

右は去る十五日、鈴木作太夫の息子が病死し、養方の従弟につき七歳未満につき一日忌み遠慮すべき処、間違って当番を相勤め、不敬につき遠慮伺いを差し出した処、遠慮に及ばず差し控えを仰せ付けられた。
