一、十月五日 六時に御供を揃えて大長院へ御参詣なされた。前夜から服穢を御改めになり、大長院の玄関から書院へ御落着。御拝を仰せ出され、御のし目長の御上下にお召し替え。御支度について御用人が申し上げがあり、廊下を通って本堂神前で御拝、神酒を御頂戴、御土器を御用人がお渡しして済み、再び書院へ御着座。表御小姓が昆布を差し上げ、直ちに引いて大長院が御目見え、御用人が披露（ただし当時は無住のため、院代は御目見えなし）。右が済んでお召し替えをなされ、御膳を仰せ付けて済み、御供を揃えて出御し御帰殿となった。もっとも途中で御袴をお召しになった。

右は無住であったが、先例の通り献上し、御用人が披露した。
一、御帰殿の掛かりに大森で御駕籠を立てて御小休みがあった。その節、加茂明神神前へお立ち寄りの趣で、御途中のお召しのままで御拝があった。御手水は大長院の御先番の奥の番・御近習番一人ずつが、大長院での御拝が済んで御先に大森まで回って控えて差し上げた。御先立ちは御供頭が勤め、御刀も御供頭が持った。すべて御内輪の趣で御用人は出仕しなかった。ただし右の御拝の儀は、前もって大森の神職から少々由縁があったため、新右衛門方まで相談し、以前はこの通りで御拝

Item: October 5th - At six o'clock, assembled escorts and made pilgrimage to Daichōin temple. From the previous night, purified from defilement. From Daichōin's entrance to the study hall, settled in. Ordered worship, changed into noshime-naga formal wear. The chamberlain reported on preparations. Passed through the corridor to the main hall, worshipped before the deity, received sacred sake, the chamberlain handed over the ceremonial cup, then returned to the study hall. The front page presented kelp, immediately withdrew, and Daichōin had audience, announced by the chamberlain (however, since there was no resident priest at the time, the deputy abbot did not have audience). After this was completed, changed clothes, ordered a meal, and after completion, assembled escorts and departed, returning to the palace. Notably, put on hakama trousers during the journey.

For purification water, one each of the inner guards and personal attendants who were advance guards at Daichōin went ahead to Ōmori after worship at Daichōin was completed, waited there and assisted. The escort commander led the procession and carried the sword. Everything was done in an informal manner, so the chamberlain did not attend. However, regarding this worship, since the Ōmori shrine priest had some connection beforehand, consultation was made through Shin'emon's side, and previously worship was conducted in this manner.
