右を進上した。今日は御日柄につき、暮れ六時過ぎに進上するよう取り計らった。

一 十月二十五日 今朝から麗照院様二十三回忌の御取越の御法事があり、九時半にお供揃いで運正寺へ。御経中はお詰めになった。ただし御寺からの御案内の上でお供揃いが出た。御先番は当番から罷り越し、泊まりは御用捨で新右衛門。
一 御法事中は諸々の御稽古事は御休み。また右につき左の通り進上・差上物があった。

一 十月二十六日 四時にお供揃い。御案内の上で御経中お詰めになった。御経が済み御拝の際、御手備、御花、御台ともにお備えになった。それから御休息所へお入りになり、半上下にお召し替えになった。この際方丈が罷り出て御目見えを仰せ付けられ、赦免の御礼を申し上げた。御家老の御取合いがあった。この際御側廻りは帯剣。御先番の小兵衛は非番から罷り出た。ただし今日は当番明けの日である。
一 十月二十七日 小兵衛の当番のところ、昨日運正寺で御先番を相勤めたため、今日は泊まりを御用捨。九時半過ぎに退出を仰せ付けられた。

1. October 25th - From this morning, memorial service held in advance for the 23rd anniversary of Lady Reisho-in. At 9:30, with full retinue to Unsho-ji Temple. Remained in attendance during sutra recitation. However, retinue departed only after invitation from the temple. Advance guard came from regular duty, overnight duty exempted for Shinemon.
1. During memorial service, all lessons and practices suspended. Also, in connection with the above, the following presentations and offerings were made:
From Young Lord: Soba noodles, one set
From Lord Kai Goro: Persimmons, one stand
From Lady Teisho-in: Steamer basket, one set

1. October 26th - At 4 o'clock, full retinue assembled. After invitation, remained in attendance during sutra recitation. When sutras concluded and worship was performed, hand offerings, flowers, and stands were all arranged as offerings. Then entered the rest area and changed to half court dress. At this time, the abbot appeared and was granted an audience, expressing gratitude for pardon. Senior retainers were in attendance. At this time, those around his lordship wore swords. Advance guard Kohei appeared from off-duty. However, today was the end of his regular duty period.
1. October 27th - Though it was Kohei's regular duty, since he served as advance guard at Unsho-ji Temple yesterday, today his overnight duty was exempted. He was ordered to withdraw after 9:30.
