此節再御出座被遊右之御礼被申上退去畢而高知之面々初之通之

現代語訳
茶両様を頂戴し相済んで、御鳥見頭・御鷹匠頭が出席し御鷹を居出して拝見が相済んだ。御庭へ御馬を御馬掛りが差し添え、御馬方が牽き出して拝見があり相済んだ。一統復座し、この節再び御出座になられ、右の御礼を申し上げ退去した。終わって高知の面々も初めの通りの御式で別儀なく、両度共に御匙医師一人が御相伴した。

十八日 一、永平寺図 上 表御納戸下代 野口十太夫
一、十一月十九日 飛脚着。去る三日、西御丸へ姫君様が御登城の節、内府様・若君様・御簾中様からの御伝言で御拝領の御干菓子三箱。右は御用人から御膳番へ渡すと申し上げがあり、追って御頂戴の筈。

一、十九日 六半時前に御供揃いで御拝領の御鷹で御捉飼、上方筋で御放鷹、七半時過ぎに御帰殿の上、御袴をお召しになり、右の御捉飼の雁鴨を御座之間で御覧になった。
二十一日
一、御肴代銀十五匁 内献 井戸次兵衛
同じく一、御菓子一折《干菓子・蒸菓子》献上 京師石 杉山良蔵
右は御先代様から例の献上を仕っていたため、変わらず差し上げるとのこと。
同じく一、鱈雲腸一桶 越後守様へ二番鱈出立につき進上された。

Both types of tea were received and completed. The head bird keeper and head falconer attended, and the hawks were brought out for viewing, which was completed. The horses were brought to the garden with horse attendants accompanying them, led out by the horse handlers for viewing, and this was completed. Everyone returned to their seats, and at this time [the lord] appeared again, thanks were offered for the above, and they withdrew. Afterwards, the Kochi retainers followed the same ceremony as initially, with no irregularities, and both times one court physician attended as companion.

November 19th: Courier arrived. On the 3rd of last month, when the Princess visited the Western Palace, three boxes of dried confections were bestowed by message from Lord Naifu, the Young Lord, and the Lady behind the curtain. It was reported that these would be passed from the chamberlain to the meal service staff, and would be received in due course.

19th day: Before 6:30, with full retinue assembled, hawking with the bestowed hawks, capturing and training, hawking in the upper regions, returning to the palace after 7:30, donning formal hakama, and viewing the wild geese and ducks captured in the main audience chamber.

Fish money: 15 monme of silver, internal offering - Ido Jihei

This was offered unchanged as it had been customarily presented since the previous lord's time.

After the chamberlain's report, the same person led the way (at 9:00), entering the main audience chamber, giving seasonal greetings leisurely, entering the small reception room, and after completion, being guided again by the chamberlain to withdraw to the duty room, whereupon a meal was served (front pages wearing formal divided hakama).
