以来御勝手向御不如意ニ付去ル戌年改而諸役所へ御倹約心得方被仰出殊更昨年ゟ御手元を始万端御省略
被仰出格別之御改革ニ付猶又御吟味之上役向ニより被仰出等有之趣何も心得違ハ有之間敷候へ共弥以質
素を守り廉潔ニ可相勤旨被仰出候且又今度左之通被仰出候
一半減御年限中向々御常金を始定式御出方ニ相成候銀米共是迄元々減／法（方）被仰付候分も有之候へ共此
度之儀ハ於向々厚心配を以万事例格ニ不拘精誠勘弁之上都而高ゟ半減ニ可取計事
一御充行代被下金銀幷御充行之外被下金銀俵数共高ゟ半減被下候事
一都而品物渡之分ハ二割減之事
一御家中始諸被下金米去ル戌年悉皆被相止其筋ニより無拠向者改而被下候分向後高ゟ半分被下候事

これまで御勝手向きが不如意につき、去る戌年に改めて諸役所へ御倹約心得方が仰せ出され、殊に昨年から御手元を始め万端御省略が仰せ出され、格別の御改革につきなお御吟味の上、役向きにより仰せ出し等があった趣、何も心得違いはあるまじく候えども、いよいよ質素を守り廉潔に勤めるべき旨が仰せ出された。かつまた今度左の通り仰せ出された
一、半減御年限中、向々御常金を始め定式御出方になった銀米共、これまで元々減法を仰せ付けられた分もあったが、この度の儀は各向きにて厚く心配を以て万事例格にかかわらず精誠勘弁の上、総て高から半減に取り計らうべきこと
一、御充行代被下金銀並びに御充行の外被下金銀俵数共、高から半減被下されること
一、総て品物渡しの分は二割減のこと
一、御家中始め諸被下金米は去る戌年悉皆相止められ、その筋により拠んどころない向きは改めて被下された分、向後高から半分被下されること
