一、六月二十九日夕方、粕谷清次郎から差し出された茅の輪を御潜りになった。江戸表から回ってきた茅の輪も御潜りになり、大奥へ回し、分銅様（？）へも回したという。
一、七月三日、御家老に御用があり、目安箱を御覧になった《割書：以後度々あり》。右の目安箱の御直鍵は御小姓頭取へ御預けになり、御鍵箱は前波他之助へ相渡した。
一、今晩、津田栄吉方の矢揚げを平岡山で試すので、御天守台へしばらく入られて御覧になった。
一、七月四日、於御本丸御馬場で御打毬があり、御家老・御傅役・御中老見習・当番御用人が拝見した。御菓子を召し上がり、謙五郎様へも進上された《割書：但し謙五郎様にも入られた》。その節、御家老中へ御菓子を御菓子盆盛り箸付きへぎ盆に載せて下され、御茶も下された。御近習番が御給仕し、御用人まで右同断。但し去る子年に御家老拝見の節は御下賜の御菓子を下されたが、今日は下されなかった。

右は一橋民部卿様へ御蒙中御見舞いとして、文化十三子年の御当たりを以て進上された。但しその節は御直書を以て進上されたが、当時民部卿様は御幼年でもあるので、御直書は進上せず、江戸表で御年寄が右の趣旨を含んで御使いを勤める筈。大奥取扱い。但し江戸廻し方は御膳番取扱いである。
一、七月五日、天方孫八が風邪のため今日引き籠もりの達しがあり、御聴に入った。
一、明日六日、御留守中に袖野・花浦御中臈が願い出て、舟橋へ出かけたいとのこと。右につき御酒・御重詰を下された。すべて大奥取扱い。
一、七月六日五時、御供揃いで御川狩りに入られた。荒木新保村地の上の御波戸場から御乗船し、一番川の御狩り場まで半道ほど。御二川が済んで、御膳所中脇村【挿入】銀七匁御内証出で下された【ここまで挿入】武右衛門方へ入られ、御膳後、英林淵下まで御二タ川をされ、都合御四川。右が済んで直ちに御座船で英林淵まで御登船。成瀬惣右衛門へ仰せ付けて掛け鉤を御覧になったが、まだ時節が早いので御獲物はなかった。
