御両方様へ御たはこ盆指上候且又是迄鉄炮御覧之節御覧所御屛風立候
得共当年ゟ被相止候段思召ニ而被仰出候〇代り合是迄五半時ニ候へとも当年ゟ御
本丸御住居ニ相成候ニ付御側向一統例刻四時代り合申候

現代語訳
茶道の両人が御茶をいただいた。ただし以後度々あり、お手前も毎々なされたこと。
一、七月晦日、御家老に御用があり、目安箱以後度々あった。

一、今日、御稽古所において横山の剣術を武曾権太夫へ仰せ付けられ、御覧になった。十太郎、喜三郎、平右衛門が出席した。
一、八月朔日、例月の通り諸御稽古事は御休み。
一、八月二日、原平八へ城築を仰せ付け、御慰みに御覧になった。
一、八月三日、長谷川武右衛門弟子の鉄砲を御覧になった。謙五郎様もお入りになり、御同座で御覧になった。御両方様へ御煙草盆を差し上げた。また、これまで鉄砲御覧の節は御覧所に御屏風を立てていたが、当年から取り止めになった段をお思し召しで仰せ出された。○代わり合いは、これまで五半時であったが、当年から御本丸御住居になったため、御側向一統例刻四時代わり合いとなった。
一、最初に大広間御覧所へ殿様だけがお入りになり御着座の上、御用人から謙五郎様へ御案内を申し上げてお入りになった。御小休の節も殿様が御先にお入りになり、その御跡から謙五郎様がお入りになった。御覧が済んだ節も殿様が御先にお入りになり、直に鉄砲の御間で御意見や御相談等が済んで、謙五郎様がお入りになって御小座敷でお会いになってお帰りになった。
