一、九月二十一日 御出生様の御産養が済まされた○御出生様から特に御側向頭取を始め両部屋へ御酒御鉢肴を頂戴するよう仰せ付けられ、大奥から出された。但し明晩も右の通りお下しになる
一、九月二十三日 御出生様の御七夜御祝儀で、殿様から御家老を御使として御名を松平邦之助様と進められた○御屋形は九時まで一統麻上下着用
一、今朝五時揃いで御座の間に御着座、御服紗《割書：但し御綿服》御上下をお召しになり、御出生様から御名を進められた御礼の御返答を酒井与三左衛門が申し上げた《割書：のしめ長上下》。右が相済み御小座敷へお入りになり、再び御座の間に御着座、姫君様をお始めとする御方々様からの御使をお受けになり相済んだ。本多内蔵助方を始め御家老中が恐悦を申し上げ御手のしをお下しになり相済んだ。御中老御用人一同出座し恐悦を申し上げた○鉄炮の御間において恐悦で御家老中の謁見があった
一、邦之助様から今日の御祝儀で殿様、謙五郎様、貞照院様へ御吸物御酒を進められたとのこと
一、九月二十四日 五時半に御供揃いで天龍寺へ御参詣され、御帰殿は六時二寸回り。御手続きは本涼院御目見まで亥年の通り。右が相済み御袴にお召し替えになり書院上段へ御着座、方丈が昆布を指し上げ御意《割書：時候》があり、方丈退出、表御小姓が昆布を引き、御袴をお取りになった。この節献上物の柿一台が出され、御用人が披露、序に肩衣御免の
伺いがあり一統平服で御膳をお召し上がりになった。畢えて庭前山上へお入りになり、役僧が御案内でゆっくりとお入りになり、再び書院へお入りになり御菓子名酒をお召し上がりになった。御供揃いを仰せ出され、方丈が御休息所まで御見送り、御意《割書：今日はゆっくりと》があり御帰殿された。尤も御途中前後は御袴○新右衛門は御先番につき泊まりは御用捨で天龍寺から直に帰宅
一、九月二十五日 貞照院様が御頭痛気につき御見廻いで御近習番小宮山周蔵を遣わされた

右は殿様へ邦之助様から進められ大奥から出された。但し一昨二十三日に進められる筈であったが、御肴の出来合いが間に合わず今日進められたとのこと
