御装束御直垂被為召候ニ付松浦雄蔵へ致相談候様御中老被申渡

現代語訳
一、御門外勤務向けの着服の件は今まで通りだが、なるべく粗末な服を用い、且つ御国産の奉書紬を用いることは差し支えない
右は御目付月番大井田喜内の書付を渡され、奥向両部屋手先の向きへも漏れないようにとのこと

右は来る卯年正月二十四日台徳院様二百回御忌の運正寺御参詣の節、御装束御直垂をお召しになるにつき、松浦雄蔵へ相談するよう御中老が申し渡し、雄蔵へも御中老が申し聞かせたとのこと
