現代語訳
一、同十二年未年五月、病身につき頭の願いの上、御供役を御免になり、外様組付を仰せ付けられ、山崎左助組に入り、御城御番を相勤めた。
一、同十八年丑年九月、頭山崎左助が病死につき、跡の御役で沼沢権兵衛組に移った。
一、同二十年卯年四月、勤番のため江戸表へ登り、同十月下った。
一、延享三年寅年七月、願いの通り息子四郎左衛門に御番代を仰せ付けられた。
一、宝暦六年子年三月二十九日、六十三歳にて病死。法名は大応亮徹居士。葬所は同上。

1. In the 5th month of the same 12th year, year of the sheep (1727), due to illness, upon petition by his superior, he was relieved of escort duty and appointed to the outer retainer group, entered Yamazaki Sasuke's group, and served guard duty at the castle.
1. In the 9th month of the same 18th year, year of the ox (1733), due to the death by illness of his superior Yamazaki Sasuke, he was transferred to Numasawa Gonbee's group as successor to the position.
1. In the 4th month of the same 20th year, year of the rabbit (1735), he went up to Edo for duty service and came down in the 10th month of the same year.
1. In the 7th month of Enkyō 3rd year, year of the tiger (1746), as petitioned, his son Shirōzaemon was appointed as his guard duty substitute.
1. On the 29th day of the 3rd month of Hōreki 6th year, year of the rat (1756), he died of illness at the age of 63. His posthumous Buddhist name was Daiō Ryōtetsu Koji. Burial site: same as above.
