四郎左衛門重系（初名孫太郎、正徳五年未年十一月二日誕生）
母は祖父四郎左衛門重長の女
妻は相馬磯治重忠の女（享保九年辰年十一月二十五日誕生、文化十年酉年十一月四日九十歳にて病死、法名は寿山妙量大姉、葬所は同上）
一、享保十一年午年六月、親の願いの通り初めての御目見を仰せ付けられた。
一、延享二年丑年正月、親の願いの通り四郎左衛門と改名した。
一、同三年寅年七月、親の願いの通り御番代外様組付を仰せ付けられ、沼沢権兵衛組にて御城御番を相勤めた。
一、同年十月、勤番のため江戸表へ登り、翌卯四月に下った。
一、寛延四年未年三月、頭沼沢権兵衛の願いの通り御番代を仰せ付けられ、跡の御役で上田八郎右衛門組に移った。
一、同年六月、臨時の勤番のため江戸表へ登った。

Mother: daughter of grandfather Shirōzaemon Shigenaga
Wife: daughter of Sōma Isoji Shigetada (born on the 25th day of the 11th month of Kyōhō 9th year, year of the dragon; died of illness on the 4th day of the 11th month of Bunka 10th year, year of the rooster, at age 90; posthumous Buddhist name Juzan Myōryō Daishi; burial site: same as above)
1. In the 6th month of Kyōhō 11th year, year of the horse (1726), as petitioned by his father, he was granted his first formal audience with his lord.
1. In the 1st month of Enkyō 2nd year, year of the ox (1745), as petitioned by his father, he changed his name to Shirōzaemon.
1. In the 7th month of the same 3rd year, year of the tiger (1746), as petitioned by his father, he was appointed as guard duty substitute in the outer retainer group and served castle guard duty in Numasawa Gonbee's group.
1. In the 10th month of the same year, he went up to Edo for duty service and came down in the 4th month of the following year of the rabbit.
1. In the 3rd month of Kan'en 4th year, year of the sheep (1751), as petitioned by his superior Numasawa Gonbee, he was appointed as guard duty substitute and was transferred to Ueda Hachirōemon's group as successor to the position.
1. In the 6th month of the same year, he went up to Edo for extraordinary duty service.
