一、同八年辰年十月、五十歳以上で槍術に出精したことにより、武講において御酒を下された。
一、同九年巳年七月、願いの通り息子新九郎が御番代を仰せ付けられた。
一、文化三年寅年五月、願いの通り隠居を仰せ付けられた。
一、同年六月二日、七十歳にて病死。法名は一乗源法居士、葬所は同上。

1. In the 10th month of the same 8th year, year of the dragon (1796), for his excellence in spear technique at age fifty and above, he was granted sake at the martial arts lecture.

1. In the 5th month of Bunka 3rd year, year of the tiger (1806), as petitioned, he was granted retirement.
1. On the 2nd day of the 6th month of the same year, he died of illness at age seventy. His Buddhist posthumous name was Ichijō Genpō Koji, buried at the same location [as mentioned above].
