 精相勤候ニ付為御褒美銀五両被下置  候事 一同月御目付被 仰付候事 一同年八月追鳥狩之節萱野蔵人  隊江為検使罷出候事 一文政元寅年十二月 御当代追々  相畳候 御目見共精出無滞相仕抜候  段被 仰出候事 一同二卯年二月相州三崎表江為勤番  罷登候事 一同年閏四月相州三崎表御陳屋建  継御普請ニ付右御普請中立入立合  相勤候様於彼地被 仰付同七月迄  相勤候事 一同年七月相州勤番先ゟ演達之筋  在之出府致候処風聞一ト通を以卒爾ニ  不軽次第御用先之勤ニも不預儀申出  其始末悉皆心得違成義尤彼地之  御用振ニ寄難差延儀ハ格別左も無之  儀ハ時節を量り可罷出義之処《見せ消ち:異|異》船通

現代語訳

精出し相勤めたので、御褒美として銀五両を下し置かれた。 一、同月、御目付を仰せ付けられた。 一、同年八月、追鳥狩の節、萱野蔵人隊へ検使として罷り出た。 一、文政元年寅年十二月、御当代追々相畳む御目見共を精出し滞りなく相仕遂げた段を仰せ出された。 一、同二年卯年二月、相州三崎表へ勤番として罷り登った。 一、同年閏四月、相州三崎表の御陣屋建て継ぎ御普請につき、右御普請中立ち入り立ち合い相勤める様、彼の地において仰せ付けられ、同七月まで相勤めた。 一、同年七月、相州勤番先より演達の筋これ有り出府致したところ、風聞一通を以て卒爾に軽からざる次第、御用先の勤めにも預からぬ儀を申し出、その始末悉く皆心得違いなる儀、もっとも彼の地の御用振りに寄り差し延べ難き儀は格別、左様でもない儀は時節を量り罷り出るべき儀のところ、《見せ消ち:異|異》船通...(続く)

In the 8th month of the same year, during the hunting expedition, he went out as an inspector to Kayano Kurandonosuke's unit. 1. In the 12th month of Bunsei 1, year of the tiger (1818), it was announced that he had diligently and successfully completed without delay the successive audiences with the current lord. 1. In the 2nd month of Bunsei 2, year of the rabbit (1819), he went up to serve guard duty at Misaki in Sagami Province. 1. In the intercalary 4th month of the same year, regarding the construction and repair work on the camp buildings at Misaki in Sagami Province, he was ordered to oversee and supervise the construction work at that location, serving until the 7th month of the same year. 1. In the 7th month of the same year, there was a matter requiring report from his guard duty post in Sagami Province, so he came to Edo. However, based on mere rumors, he rashly reported serious matters and matters not related to his official duties. This entire affair was a complete misunderstanding. While matters that could not be postponed due to the nature of official duties at that location were exceptional, for other matters he should have considered the timing before coming to Edo.
