百石を下し置かれ、召し出されて外様組付けを仰せ付けられ、井深監物組へ入り、御城御番を相勤め候事
一、同十四年丑年《割書：月不詳》御普請奉行を仰せ付けられ候事
一、正保元年申年《割書：月不詳》南山新道の義に付き、中沢六右衛門に付きて罷り越し相勤め候事
一、慶安元年子年四月、野崎太左衛門忰武右衛門の婿養子に仕りたき旨、願いに任せられ候事
一、同四年卯年五月、日光御普請の節、大石山の御普請を相勤め候に付き、彼の地において公儀より銀子・時服並びに御羽織を下し置かれ候事
一、同年《割書：月不詳》右の御用を相勤め候に付き、御褒美として銀子二枚を下し置かれ候事
一、承応二年巳年五月、日光御普請の節、彼の地へ罷り越し宜しく相勤め候に付き、公儀にて御城において御帷子一つ・御単物

[He] was granted a stipend of 100 koku, summoned and appointed to the tozama (outer vassals) group, entered Ibuka Kenbutsu's unit, and served castle guard duty.
1. In the same 14th year, year of the ox《Marginal note: month unknown》[he] was appointed as construction magistrate.
1. In Shōhō 1, year of the monkey《Marginal note: month unknown》regarding the matter of the Nanzan new road, [he] accompanied Nakazawa Rokuemon and went to perform duties.
1. In Keian 1, year of the rat, 4th month, [his] request to become adoptive son-in-law to Nozaki Tazaemon's son Buemon was granted.
1. In the same 4th year, year of the rabbit, 5th month, during the Nikkō construction work, because [he] performed construction duties at Mount Ōishi, at that location the Bakufu granted [him] silver coins, seasonal clothing, and a haori jacket.
1. In the same year《Marginal note: month unknown》because [he] performed the above-mentioned duties well, as a reward [he] was granted two pieces of silver.
1. In Jōō 2, year of the snake, 5th month, during the Nikkō construction work, because [he] went to that location and performed [his duties] well, at the castle by the Bakufu [he received] one katabira (summer kimono) and hitoe (unlined garment)
