御心安可被召仕候為其壱人別而相

現代語訳
一、実父太左衛門義は慶長十八年丑年三月二日、土津様が御三歳の節、見性院様へ御猶子に入れられ候節、有泉五兵衛と一同に御迎えに伺候致し、御供仕ったところ、その翌日三日節句の朝、見性院様、浄光院様、土津様御前へ召し出され、見性院様の御意には「御自分に召し使われ候男女共に残らず土津様へ御奉公仕るべく候。その内にも太左衛門義は別して今日より土津様へ遣わされ候。この上、浄光院様、御目分様の御用にも御心安く召し使われるべく候。その為に一人別して相極め遣わされ候。土津様の御世にも出でられ候はば、定めて悪しくは成されまじく候間、精を出し御奉公仕るべき」旨を仰せ付けられ候事
英語訳
1. Regarding the actual father Tazaemon: In Keichō 18, year of the ox, 3rd month, 2nd day, when Dotsusama was three years old and was adopted as a foster child by Kenshōin-sama, [Tazaemon] together with Ariizumi Gohee went to greet [them] and served as attendant. On the following day, the morning of the 3rd day festival, he was summoned before Kenshōin-sama, Jōkōin-sama, and Dotsusama. Kenshōin-sama's words were: "All the men and women in my personal service shall serve Dotsusama without exception. Among them, Tazaemon in particular shall be sent to Dotsusama from today. Furthermore, he may be employed with confidence for the needs of Jōkōin-sama and Omekubun-sama. For this purpose, he is specially designated and sent. When Dotsusama comes of age, he will surely not act improperly, so [Tazaemon] should serve diligently." This was commanded.
