一、同十二年未年九月、願いの通り初めての御目見えを仰せ付けられた事。
一、同十四年酉年七月、会津小番を仰せ付けられた事。
一、同十七年子年八月、梅園院様・願彰院様の御供として江戸に上がり相勤めた事。
一、元文五年申年二月、願いの通り勤番を仰せ付けられ、同四月江戸表へ上った事。
一、同年閏七月二十三日、江戸において二十八歳にて病死。法名は得法院了達、葬所は武州江戸麻布安洗寺。

英語訳
- In the 12th year (Kyōhō 12, 1727), 9th month, as requested, he was granted his first audience with the lord.
- In the 14th year (Kyōhō 14, 1729), 7th month, he was appointed to the Aizu Koban (palace guard unit).
- In the 17th year (Kyōhō 17, 1732), 8th month, he served as an attendant to Lord Baien'in and Lord Ganshō'in, traveling to and serving in Edo.
- In Genbun 5 (1740), 2nd month, as requested, he was appointed to kinban (guard duty), and in the 4th month of the same year, he went up to Edo.
- On the 23rd day of the intercalary 7th month of the same year, he died of illness in Edo at age 28. His Buddhist name was Tokuhōin Ryōtatsu, and he was buried at Ansenji Temple in Azabu, Edo, Musashi Province.
