現代語訳
二人分を減らされ五人扶持を下し置かれ、会津小番に召し出された事。
一、延享三年寅年七月、精を出して相勤めたことにより、只今までの御扶持方並びに給十五石三人扶持に御直しを下し置かれた事。
一、同年十月、勤番として江戸に上がり、翌卯年四月に帰藩した事。
一、寛延二年巳年六月、貫綜院様の御懐守を仰せ付けられた事。
一、同三年午年八月、願いの通り御役を御免になり、小番に帰役を仰せ付けられた事。
一、宝暦二年申年十月、永井武右衛門の息子順太を婿養子にしたい旨を願い出て許可された事。
一、同月三日、五十一歳にて病死。法名は涼覚院清雲、葬所は同上（安洗寺）。

Two positions were reduced, and he was granted a five-person stipend and summoned to the Aizu Koban (palace guard).
- In Enkyō 3 (1746), 7th month, due to his diligent service, his current stipend allowance was increased to 15 koku and three-person stipend by direct order.
- In the 10th month of the same year, he went up to Edo for guard duty and returned in the 4th month of the following year of the Rabbit.
- In Kan'en 2 (1749), 6th month, he was appointed as personal attendant to Lord Kantsū'in.
- In the 3rd year (1750), 8th month, as requested, he was relieved of his official duties and reassigned to the Koban.
- In Hōreki 2 (1752), 10th month, he requested and was granted permission to adopt Junta, the son of Nagai Buuemon, as his son-in-law and heir.
- On the 3rd day of the same month, he died of illness at age 51. His Buddhist name was Ryōkaku'in Seiun, buried at the same place (Ansenji Temple).
