一、同十年酉年三月、善兵衛と改名したい旨を願い任せられた事
一、同十四年丑年十月、操練出精に相励んだにつき、御褒美として新身の槍一穂を下し置かれた事
一、文政二年卯年二月、御城御番を怠ることなく相勤めた段を仰せ出された事
