九月罷下候事
一同年十一月養父九兵衛実子浅右衛門今程
成長仕病気致本復候今年十九歳ニ罷成
唯今ハ人並之御奉公可相勤候様奉存候御慈
悲を以私江被下置候御知行百石浅右衛門ニ
被下置度旨願申上候処願之通四郎左衛門ニ

現代語訳
九月に下った。
一、同年十一月、養父九兵衛の実子浅右衛門が今程成長し、病気も本復した。今年十九歳になり、只今は人並みの御奉公ができるようになったと存じます。御慈悲をもって私に下し置かれた御知行百石を浅右衛門に下し置いていただきたい旨を願い申し上げたところ、願いの通り四郎左衛門に下し置かれていた御知行百石を浅右衛門に下し置かれ、四郎左衛門には新知五十石の外に御役料百石を下し置かれ、都合百五十石高に成し下され、前々の通り御目付役を相勤めるよう仰せ出された。
一、同年十二月、芝御屋敷常詰御目付役を仰せ付けられ、翌子年の正月に江戸表へ上った。
一、同十三年辰年七月、有難い御意の上、御役料の内五十石を御加増に御直に下し置かれ、百石高に成し下された。
一、同十四年巳年五月、常詰御普請奉行を仰せ付けられ、芝御屋敷にて相勤め、その後上御屋敷へ引き移り、御関所女通御判の御用加役を仰せ付けられた。

1. In the 11th month of the same year, his adoptive father Kyūbei's real son Asauemon had grown up and recovered from his illness. Having reached nineteen years of age this year, he was now capable of performing duties like any other retainer. [Shirōzaemon] petitioned that the 100 koku stipend that had been graciously granted to him be transferred to Asauemon. As requested, the 100 koku stipend that had been granted to Shirōzaemon was transferred to Asauemon, while Shirōzaemon was granted a new stipend of 50 koku plus a duty stipend of 100 koku, totaling 150 koku, and was ordered to continue serving as inspector as before.
1. In the 12th month of the same year, he was appointed to the position of permanent inspector at the Shiba residence, and went up to Edo in the 1st month of the following year of the rat.
1. In the 7th month of the same 13th year, year of the dragon, through gracious favor, he was granted a direct increase of 50 koku from his duty stipend, making it 100 koku in total.
1. In the 5th month of the same 14th year, year of the snake, he was appointed permanent construction magistrate and served at the Shiba residence. Later he was transferred to the upper residence and appointed to the additional role of overseeing permits for women passing through checkpoints.
