現代語訳
一、宝永五年子年正月、神山勘太夫の二男五六を婿養子にしたい旨を願い出ることを任された。
一、同六年丑年四月、有難い御意の上、御役料五十石を御加増に御直に下し置かれた。
一、同七年寅年十月、公事奉行を仰せ付けられ、同十一月に会津へ下った。
ただし、江戸常詰を相勤めた間、御褒美として御紋付の御帷子・御上下並びに加賀絹等を数度下し置かれたが、年月は詳らかでない。
一、同年十二月、米代三ノ丁の名倉忠左衛門跡屋敷を下し置かれた。
一、正徳三年巳年三月、病身につき御役の御赦免を成し下されたい旨を願い申し上げたところ、養生して相勤めるよう仰せ出された。
一、同年八月、御預所南山の御支配を遊ばされ上げられた節、類族帳面の儀につき、落合権太夫と一同に出役し、類族帳面を手代中へ相渡した。

1. In the 1st month of Hōei 5, year of the rat (1708), he was entrusted with petitioning to adopt Goro, the second son of Kamiyama Kantadayū, as son-in-law and heir.

1. In the 10th month of the same 7th year, year of the tiger (1710), he was appointed public affairs magistrate, and in the 11th month returned to Aizu.
However, during his service as permanent Edo resident, he was granted crested silk garments, formal dress, Kaga silk, and other items on several occasions as rewards, though the exact dates are unclear.
1. In the 12th month of the same year, he was granted the former residence of Nakura Chūzaemon in Yoneshiro San-no-chō.
1. In the 3rd month of Shōtoku 3, year of the snake (1713), he petitioned to be relieved of his duties due to poor health, but was ordered to recuperate and continue his service.
1. In the 8th month of the same year, when the governance of the domain's territory Nanzan was taken over by the lord, regarding the matter of clan genealogy records, he served together with Ochiai Gondayū and handed over the clan genealogy records to the clerks.
