現代語訳
一、享保元年申年正月、願いの通り御役の御赦免を成され、年来よく相勤めたにつき、無役組を仰せ付けられた。
一、同二年酉年八月十六日、六十九歳にて病死した。
法名は白翁樹月居士、葬所は万松山天寧寺。

1. In the 1st month of Kyōhō 1, year of the monkey (1716), as petitioned, he was relieved of his duties, and due to his good service over the years, he was assigned to the non-duty group.
1. On the 16th day of the 8th month of the same 2nd year, year of the rooster (1717), he died of illness at the age of 69.
His Buddhist name was Hakuō Jugetsu Koji, and he was buried at Banshōzan Tenneiji Temple.
