【右丁】
恐れ入りますので、御赦免を成し下されたく願い奉ったところ、
わざわざ談合を遂げ、別段の考量を取り計らうべき旨を
仰せ付けられた事
一 同月、種々考量を尽くし、再三評議いたしましたが、
見込みが御座なく、返す返すも恐れ入り、度々申し上げた
段は甚だ恐れ多く存じますが、御用捨を成し
下されたく、又々願い申し上げたところ、非常の御差支え
の儀に候えば、この節御免し難く成されず、なお又
考量を取り計らうべき旨を仰せ聞かされた
事

He humbly requested to be pardoned due to his great distress, whereupon he was specifically ordered to hold consultations and devise special considerations.
One: In the same month, although he exhausted various considerations and held repeated deliberations, there were no prospects. He repeatedly expressed his deep regret, and though he felt it extremely presumptuous to mention this matter so many times, he again petitioned to be excused from duty. However, he was told that since this was a matter of extraordinary difficulty for the domain, he could not be released at this time, and that he should continue to devise further solutions.

One: In the fourth month of the same year, he went up to Edo on official business related to chief summary duties, completed the business, and returned in the fifth month of the same year.
One: In the sixth month of the same year, he was released from his concurrent position as head accountant and chief summary official, was appointed to regular group duties, and it was proclaimed that he had served diligently in his concurrent duties. He then served in castle guard duty.
One: In the eleventh month of An'ei 4 (1775), due to a personnel change affecting group leader Miyake Magobei, he was transferred to the group of his successor, Sugita Gorobei.
One: In the fifth month of An'ei 5 (1776), he was appointed to concurrent duty as a magistrate (daikan).
