調達において精を出し、御取立の最中、別して
勤労したことにつき、御褒美として綿二把を下し
置かれた事
一 天明元年九月、頭の杉田五郎兵衛が病
死につき、跡御役の山崎左助組に罷り成った事
一 同五年正月、四男藤伍儀は先達て
渥味元左衛門方へ養子に遣わしたところ、嫡子源
治が病死したにつき、取り戻して嫡子にしたい旨を
願いの通り任された事

一 同年十二月、支配所青津組村田村の百
姓仁兵衛並びに弟新次郎が御年貢を不埒
につき、田宅を取り上げ、斬禄を禿したにつき、御代官

番代に仰せ付けられた事

One: In the third month of An'ei 8 (1779), regarding the celebratory occasion of the previous winter, he worked diligently in procurement duties and labored exceptionally hard during the period of promotions, for which he was rewarded with two bundles of cotton.
One: In the ninth month of Tenmei 1 (1781), due to the death by illness of group leader Sugita Gorobei, he was transferred to the group of his successor, Yamazaki Sasuke.
One: In the first month of Tenmei 5 (1785), his fourth son Togogi, who had previously been sent as an adopted son to the Atsumi Genzaemon family, was permitted to return and become the heir, as requested, due to the death by illness of their eldest son Genji.

One: In the twelfth month of the same year, peasants Jihei and his younger brother Shinjiro of Murata village in the Aotsu group under his jurisdiction committed improprieties regarding the annual rice tax, so their fields and house were confiscated and their stipend was reduced to nothing. As a result, his concurrent magistrate duties were revoked and he returned to castle guard duty.
One: In the second month of Tenmei 6 (1786), his son Togogi was appointed to guard duty as requested.
One: In the twelfth month of Kansei 2 (1790), he was granted retirement as requested.
One: On the tenth day of the fourth month of Kansei 5 (1793), he died of illness at the age of seventy-four. His posthumous Buddhist name was Tokusennin Kashin Nichijo Koji, [followed by information about] the officiating priest and burial place.
