南伊北立岩郷村之内多分手余
地有之由相聞候ニ付片付為御用罷

但此後品々御用ニ付数度出役仕

伺為御用江戸表へ罷登同五月罷

一 同八年（申年）三月、越後御預所の定免伺のための御用で江戸表へ登り、同五月に下った件

一 同年六月、前々の江戸伺御用の儀について、吟味役始め四人の人高で登ったところ、川手幸八と両人で間を合わせ格別に骨折ったにつき、金一両を下し置かれた件
一 寛政元年（酉年）七月、田嶋郷役所詰を仰せ付けられ、金銭の請払いを致すよう仰せ付けられた
但し、詰合中の川除見分その外品々の御用につき度々出役した件

1. In the third month of the eighth year (Year of the Monkey), went up to Edo on official business to inquire about the fixed tax rate for Echigo Domain custody lands, and returned in the fifth month of the same year.

1. In the sixth month of the same year, regarding the previous Edo inquiry official business, when four people including the inspector went up with their retinue, Kawate Kōhachi and another person worked together exceptionally hard to manage affairs, so one ryō of gold was bestowed upon them.
1. In the seventh month of Kansei 1 (Year of the Rooster), was appointed to be stationed at Tajima-gō役所 and ordered to handle the receipt and payment of money.
Note: During the stationed period, served on official duties many times for river maintenance inspections and various other matters.
