事
一 同九《割書：申》年正月御蔵入御勘定
頭幷吟味役不勤ニ付御用差支候
間江戸表へ罷#1候様被 仰付同
八月罷下候事
一 同年五月御蔵入御勘定頭当
座仮役被 仰付候事
一 同十《割書：酉》年五月御代官被 仰付
数拾年精出相勤ニ功も在之候ニ
