なり、外科医術を稽古し、当地において
広く治療を行ったところ、小書院において
お目見えを仰せ付けられた件

徳翁様の外科治療のご用を
仰せ付けられる旨をお達しいただき、度々治療を
行った
ただし右の件につき拝領物を度々いただいたが
その品物については詳細不明である件

徳翁様にお召しいただき、お酒を直接
お下しいただいた
ただし
梅園院様、愿彰院様の外科治療
についても行うよう仰せ付けられた件
