赤螺（アカニシノ）殻（カラ）《割書：焼末し｜たるもの》半夏
右二味等分、細末し、先鍼か小刀にて刺（サシ）て水を
出し、此末を米糊に和し、紙にのべて貼おくべし、」
以上八方は、簡約にして、俗人にも卒（ニハカ）に製せらる
べき効験（シルシ）ある方を撰（エラミ）載（ノセ）たるものなれば、平常
に製しおきて、不 虞（グ）【左ルビ：ニハカノコト】の用に供ふべし、
馬の病を診察（シンサツ）するに、八 候【左ルビ：ウカヾヒ】といふことあり、八候とは尿、【「、」は衍ヵ】

新論中に見えたり、騎馬の士も常によく心得るとき

る効験のある方剤を選んで載せたものであるから、平常
に製しておいて、不測の事態の用に供するべきである。
馬の病気を診察するのに、八候ということがある。八候とは尿、
糞、食、眠、眼、息、舌、毛、腹である。その説明は私が出版した厩馬
