す、故に水戦 不亀手（テノカヾマヌテアテ）の薬には、これを大に製して
用ふべし、《割書：蒺蔾などの類にて、脚底を傷めたるには、この油薬を｜煙管の火皿に一ツほど入て、火にとうして滴（タラ）し入るべし、》

丁子 唐縮砂《割書：各等分》唐呉茱萸【茰は俗字】《割書：微炒、減＿レ半、》
右七味細末して、一貼二戔許より三戔にいたる、

熱湯に点（カキタテ）服（モチフ）この薬、感冒（ヒキカゼ）、中暑、霍乱（クワクラン）、下利、疝積、一
切に用ふべし、
緩下剤
唐大黄《割書：百戔、光実にして色黒から｜ ざるものをゑらふべし、》
右水三升入て一升に煎じ、滓（カス）を濾（コ）し去て、上好の
硝石五十戔、白蜜百戔を加へ、重湯上（ユセン）に煮て飴の
ごとくならしめ、器に容て貯ふべし、夏月は費日を
ふれば柔になるなり、蜜に代るに砂糖を以てす
るもまた可なり、一度に一二戔を用ふ、
肉刺（マメノクスリ）薬
現代語訳
【右丁】
から下ろし、器に入れて保存する。これに樟脳三十
匁を加えて用いるのもよい。この膏はよくひび・あかぎれを治
す。故に水仕事で手がかがまない手当ての薬には、これを大量に製して
用いるべきである。《蒺藜などの類で、足の裏を傷めた場合には、この油薬を煙管の火皿一つ分ほど入れて、火で溶かして垂らし入れるべきである。》
《鶏卵油を用いるのもまたよい。》
建中散（けんちゅうさん）
乾姜 良姜 桂皮《薬舗で、東京厚皮と呼ぶもののうち、粗い皮の味が渋くして辛味のないところ》
《を削り去って、内の辛いところのみを用いる。一斤でようやく五六十匁を得られる。》唐木香
丁子 唐縮砂《各等分》唐呉茱萸《軽く炒って、半分に減る。》
右の七味を細末にして、一服二匁ほどから三匁に至るまで、

熱湯にかき立てて服用する。この薬は、感冒、中暑、霍乱、下痢、疝積、すべて
に用いることができる。
緩下剤（かんげざい）
唐大黄《百匁、光沢があり実質で色が黒くないものを選ぶべきである。》
右を水三升に入れて一升に煎じ、滓を濾し去って、上質の
硝石五十匁、白蜜百匁を加え、湯煎で煮て飴の
ようにし、器に入れて保存すべきである。夏季は時日を
経れば柔らかくなる。蜜の代わりに砂糖を用い
るのもまた可である。一度に一二匁を用いる。

mix with hot water and take. This medicine can be used for all conditions including common cold, heat stroke, cholera, diarrhea, and hernia with accumulation.
Gentle Purgative
Chinese rhubarb 《100 monme, select those that are glossy, substantial, and not blackish in color》
Decoct the above in 3 shō of water down to 1 shō, strain out the residue, add 50 monme of high-quality saltpeter and 100 monme of white honey, cook in a double boiler until it becomes like starch syrup, store in a container. In summer it becomes soft after some time. Using sugar instead of honey is also acceptable. Use 1-2 monme at a time.
