乍恐以書付御歎願奉申上候御事
此度私所持之酒造一式家屋敷之義ニ付
伊勢屋善助ゟ品々偽ヲ以御歎願申立
年限相過流地相成候地面且流ニ相成候
酒株等之儀巧ヲ以品能申立手軽ニ自分
物ニ可致申立候儀実以法外之儀と奉存候
私親已来数拾年 御言所様奉
蒙 御恩沢誠実ニ難有以心得
是迄続来ハ 御恩沢重ニ難有
仕合奉存候別紙返答書之通御坐候
間善助并親類共迄■而事取巧
申上候共深以 御賢慮御慈悲
私立行相成候様以 御憐愍幾重ニも

恐れ多くも書付をもって御嘆願申し上げます件について
この度、私が所持しております酒造一式と家屋敷の件につきまして、伊勢屋善助より様々な偽りをもって御嘆願を申し立て、年限が過ぎて荒れ地となった土地、および荒れ地となった酒株などの件を巧みに様々申し立て、手軽に自分のものにしようと申し立てる件は、まことに法外な儀と存じ上げます。
私の親以来数十年にわたり、御言所様より御恩沢を蒙り、誠実に有り難く心得、これまで続けてまいりましたのは、御恩沢の重さに有り難く、幸せと存じ上げます。別紙返答書の通りでございますが、善助並びに親類共までも企てて事を取り計らい申し上げますが、深く御賢慮・御慈悲をもって、私の立ち行きが相成りますよう、御憐愍をもって幾重にもお願い申し上げます。以上

Regarding the matter of humbly submitting a written petition with utmost reverence
Concerning my sake brewing equipment and residential property that I possess, Iseya Zensuke has submitted a petition with various falsehoods. His claims about lands that have become wasteland after the term expired, and sake brewing licenses that have fallen into disuse, along with his skillful arguments to easily make these his own property, are truly outrageous matters, I believe.
For several decades since my father's time, we have received gracious favors from the Gongensho, and with sincere gratitude and understanding, what we have continued until now is due to the weighty and grateful benevolence, which we consider most fortunate. As stated in the separate reply document, although Zensuke and his relatives conspire to manipulate this matter, I deeply entreat that through your wise consideration and mercy, my livelihood may be sustained through your compassion, which I petition for repeatedly. The above.
